Ambience is good... though not very well maintained.. staff is very courteous.. food lets you really down.. it is very expensive and not worth the money...the pricing defies all logic.. even a bottle of mineral water is charged more than 3 times the MRP...
Krishna is the best place to stay in Kannur... One request is you should check their direct rates before trying via online... Nice ambience, excellent atmosphere, good courteous staffs, starting from Bell Boy to Front Office to Housekeeping all are at the best in serving....One of the best chef they have, fresh served... Spacious room.... Kids will love the stay... Overall a must visit place... Not a single negative remark...
We usually treat a hotel as a base camp to wherever we are. Krishna is a destination on its own. Was recommended the property by a friend, the initial interaction with the staff during reservation stage was quite pleasant, they went out of the way to ensure that communications were effective and understood my requirements well. Throughout the trip the staff was exemplary, wish others would emulate the same. The service was attentive yet unobtrusive. they took care of local transportation and other arrangements. The rates were reasonable without the usually expected exaggerated add-ons. The property itself is very well kept and managed. Would highly recommend that one keeps apart some time to explore hotel and its surrounding. The owner has a very keen sense in decor, arts, history and philosophy. this has embodied itself all over the property. The location is very peaceful with its own beach access. The rooms are surprisingly large and very well kept and serviced. The food at the restaurant is unlike what is expected at a hotel, quite obvious that it has been prepared diligently with attention to details. The service though a bit slow is very good, the taste is excellent, the over all dining experience was quite satisfying and came without the usual bloat and aftereffects associated with commercially prepared food. Considering the delicate and unexpected nature of what I came to accomplish in Kannur, choosing this hotel was a really good decision. was able to come back each day, find inner peace and start anew the next day. Will surely revisit just to soak in more of The Krishna.…
We stayed here as part of a larger family gathering. All the staff could not have been more helpful under unseen circumstances as the Covid-19 outbreak was just starting to become a big thing. The room was spotlessly clean and a good size with A/C a large balcony with great view of the grounds and the sea. The grounds are Lovely with some interesting statues etc that leads to a small road to cross to the gorgeous beach. The restaurant was very good with all food we tried being tasty.
I has a one night stay. The resort, though separated by a beautiful road, has a pretty long beach frontage. The highlight of the property is the attitude of the staff, right from check in to check out.The FO Mr Akhil and Ms Anjana deserve special mention for their fabulous courtesy and attitude. The lobby is spacious and so also are the corridors. The rooms and toilets are huge with a nice balcony as well. The furnitures are of good quality. The only negativew that was noticed was the tiny wash basin inside the washroom which definitely requires a replacement. Also glass shower partitions would be ideal than the shower curtain. The dinner was delicious but the breakfast buffet has scope for improvement. The open theatre and west side lawns are awesome.Even you can hire an airport taxi from the near by locality. Definitely worth for repeated stay.…
