Self has found a small kitten which was starving outside the hotel premises .My colleague had asked Mr Shimjit(reception) to provide milk as self wanted to feed a poor kitten on road which he denied (also asked to charge and give but he refused).He did not even asked the in-room dining staff inside the kitchen The cat was not even bought inside hotel or in lobby where he said pets was not allowed and he can't provide milk .My intention was to just feed the cat and ask for help and that also on payment irrespective I would have done anything with milk as self was ready to pay but he showed the inhuman behaviour and was least bothered about it ..
1. I booked my room three days prior via make my trip and once i reached there after 1o hours of drive they told my reservation is not there and asked me to wait for 30 mins. Then later they tole they didn't read the email they received. Horrible 2. Bathroom and toilet is very bad. broken sprayer in toilet, very bad smell, The hand wash area having cracked basin. 3.Parking - After temple visit i came to hotel and asked for car parking space, the security told me you might not get parking as we have a marriage function- As i booked and paid my rooms they are responsible for my parking as well. Very bad 4.Some one made a scratch in my car mirror in their parking area and they told they cant take any responsibility - then what reason they had put security person over there. 5. i asked to clean my room around 1pm and they didn't even do even after i came around 6pm I recommended don't stay in this place. Absolutely disgusting hotel ever visited in my trip to Kerala. The infrastructure is poor, the food is tasteless, service is awful and the staff are highly rude/lack basic manners. Disappointed to say that my purse was stolen from within the hotel ! Avoid at all costs.
Service was very bad, waiter takes too long to respond and its very difficult to order also.Waiter has no uniform or badge which makes it very difficult to identify them and other customers. Even though food was very good it doesn't have the standards of three star hotel.
Absolutely unhappy with the service/stay/rooms/food here. I do not recommend this hotel at all. The rooms were horrible and my luggage was stolen from the rooms by one of the staff (I believe). Avoid !
The rooms are small, smelly and disgusting. The bathrooms had flies & cockroaches. The staff were too busy doing nothing & I found the food to be costly & tasteless. I do not recommend this hotel - either for stay or or for food. DO NOT USE.
This place is more like a 2 star. Besides the food there's nothing good about the this place. They call it a 4 star business hotel where the wifi keeps getting disconnected. The staff makes a lot of noise in the corridor. The hot water will last for 10 mins and the toilets are dirty. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DIRTY PLACE
Staff and Frontdesk with a very bad a careless attitude. Im wondering if they really do a deep and thorough cleaning after you check out the room for a new guest. I found rests of death insects, The sheets on the bed not properly washed (bring your own sheets), with some hair on them. Some leftovers on the floor. Yes, it has a flatscreen TV, but their tv program is 90% Tamil, only. (Im sorry for the foreigners). Inside the toilet you can easily see cockroaches, hair lefts, the towels with a bad smell and clearly not properly washed (bring your own towels), the surfaces with dirt (bring disinfectant). They have Free Breakfast, but there is literally nothing tasty to eat, and the buffet is very simple. So if you decide later on for lunch to order In Room Dining, please dont get mad if whatever you want to order from the In-Room Menu they dont have it. And if for some reason they have it, they dont bring it the way you want it. For example any special request, they will never give it to you the way you asked for it; And that will happen in ALL areas of the hotel (restaurant, front desk, housekeeping, laundry, everything). Is like they Dont pay attention on whatever you say or ask to them, and it will take a looooot of time for them to do it if they ever do it. Dont expect anything on this hotel. If you have to stay make sure you do it because you have no option, unfortunately. I agree with all the previous comments, "it has nothing to do with a four star hotel". And Im even wondering if they might apply for at least one star.. I dont know.. and I dont think so. It has been the most UNCOMFORTABLE stay I have ever had.…
Just a budget hotel. Tariff is not convincing for the upkeep and general comforts at this hotel. The washroom is cramped, TV wasn't working, request for repair was very unprofessionally handled. A room boy tried but in vain. No help was sent thereafter. Breakfast normal. Bar expensive, bad service and no additional snacks offered as in a 4 star property. Avoidable for this tariff.
Visited the BN on a pre-booked and pre-paid arrangements for 2 double rooms...but their records were not updated. The frontdesk were clueless and went about a rebooking....instead of actually checking out about the pre-booked and pre-paid transaction. Ended up booking again and a loss of one hour waiting in the lobby with family. If their records were in place..we would have been saved the bother. The refunds are done only in Cash and that needs to be collected in person by the one who has done the pre-booking. How inconvenient!!! But the stay was good and the Suite we booked was decent. There was no cleaning OR changes to the towels on our checkout day though we were to checkout at 7pm. The area near the lifts were smelling or stinking of cigarette smoke and liquor smell due to the presence of a bar adjacent to the lift entry. That was a poor placement for a bar when families wait for the only lift to come when called for. Breakfast spread was standard and I believe even smaller decent hotels have a good spread. Continental stuff was missing and the Indian stiff was very standard and no variety day on day. The refills were just not coming inspite of reminders to the attendants. Some positives were being asked for any special requirements during breakfast. Checkout was smooth. Overall..it was good. But can definitely be much better and give the customer a wow experience.
