We had our family reunion here for two days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Wonderful property with abundant opportunity for entertainment. Food was good, though we had limited options due to budget constraints. Julie and her team was very helpful at the restaurant. Sad to see the resort is not earning out of out points, management should work towards it. I suggest It is important to invest in delighting customer in hand first to attract new customers.

1.Luxurious and cozy place, excellent amenities. Very quiet location creating a blissful ambiance with azure waters, lush greenery. Vast area providing a walking ambience with a nature trial in a serene park environment. 2. Food was a culinary delight. 3. Staff was very welcoming , attentive and accommodative. Waiters were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations for combining different dishes.

A decent resort in kannur overlooking the valapattanam river and mangroves. A elegent place to enjoy your weekend with your loved ones. Their facilities includes a beautiful pool, 1000 plus capacity ballroom and another hall which can hold 250 plus people. They are in halfway through to introduce an premium bar for the inhouse and outside guests. We tried the meen polichathu which was an 8 out of 10, thanks to the chefs. The staffs were so nice specially Jule who took us an complete round of the property and F&B incharge Dileep who was kind enough in giving all the information about the facilities available in F&B. There was also a nice house boat where people can party watching dazzling sunset. Highly recommended place in kannur to do reception and marriage functions.

Stunning views on lush green trees and lake, clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast is included, some days you have buffet other days you have a la carte. Plenty to do at the resort, different restaurants, kayaking, boat trip and even Ayurveda massage is possible! Enjoyed my stay very much especially thanks to the nature and friendliness of the staff!

My daughter's ring exchange ceremony was held at Kairali on 10th December 2023. My single point contact right from day one was Mr Dilip, F and B Manager. He is a gentleman to the core and very supportive and cooperative. All the arrangements were perfect and the food arranged for 260 pax was fantastic. 5 out of 5 to Dilip. But I had an unpleasant experience when I was settling the bill. Minimum guaranteed persons was 260 and less than 240 people attended. But they said 309 persons had lunch!! That was just unbelievable, but I had no option and I thought it prudent not to argue. I still believe they jacked up the number intentionally. Anyway, we learn lessons from experience and based on my experience, I can say NEVER EVER AGAIN Kairali for any event in future. Purushothaman

The property is really good. But post the lockdowns it looks a bit rundown. The rooms are spacious and have good views, but also have a musty smell at times. The toilets are jaded and feel old. Thankfully there was renovation work going on. But then it’s also very affordable for what they offer. Food was a bad experience though. At least one dish had to be sent back for not being fresh.

Always prefer to access and reach by train, get down at Kannur railway station. Could arrange a Cab u could reach in 30 minutes to the property. Unique cottages are to be noted, great fauna and flora ambience are appreciated and well maintained. Excellent property to host a meeting or destination wedding.

The rooms are perfectly comfortable. The hotel staff has a great sense of hospitalily.affordable prices. You can taste local cuisine (Kerala) with only fresh and natural ingredients. They also offer a selection of North Indian dishes.

A decent, economical resort. Silent and a picturesque location away from the city. The amenities are ok. The food is way below average. The staff is friendly and supportive. The suite room is cheap and you get a small villa ambience there. Overall experience is good. Swimming pool is also good.

I booked the resort for end Dec 2022 but could not go due to a family urgency. I spoke to their GM well in advance and he agreed for a refund. It never came through. Called them tens of times, they didnt pick up the phone. Will never book with them again. Zero customer service.
