Spacious rooms, pretty good breakfast, continental. Large bathrooms, pretty good value for money.
No problem parking.
Pleasant treatment and in a beautiful environment where you can appreciate the Palencia Romanesque of towns near it.

I'd put good, but not very good, so I left it in normal.
Very spacious room, great bathrooms tb. I'd say the facilities are fine.
The glue would put it in the air conditioner that killed me, I woke up touched the first day and phoned the second.
The breakfast just right.
The perfect hotel situation to park and move around the village

We warned them in advance that I was disabled and not very mobile following a recent surgery and we’d be arriving Saturday evening about 7.30pm after a 9-10 hour car journey.
They gave us no warning that the hotel restaurant and bar were both closed and there was no room service. They then told us we could order from nearby restaurants but there were zero supporting menus in reception or in the room - so we had to call the restaurants who were reluctant to deliver. By now it was getting dark and my wife was very reluctant to try and search out food alone from nearby restaurants in case she was mugged.
This is the first time I have ever struggled to source food or drinks from a €100 per night hotel. Frankly - if this is their standard of service they should be out of business as soon as possible.

They scammed us. We booked two nights at a price of 85 euros each night and when we were there, we asked for one more night (it being Wednesday), they charged us 130 euros for one night. ..... and the breakfast buffet, very limited in fruit and pastries...

For people traveling on business I do not recommend it, they do not respect reservations, first they say that they have a reserved room and the next day they send you an email canceling it.
They do not respect what they agree to. I recommend going to nearby towns like Palencia or Burgos without a doubt. This establishment is not up to par.
