Three biker friends on the road. One night. Two double rooms, they charge us for one as a single (good detail). Rooms in accordance with their category, clean, no noise from outside, without a doubt to improve the "length" of the beds because for people from 1.80 they are too small. Central, very good service, good breakfast (very complete), in short, it deserves a notable high. It's a shame not to have restaurant service (TEMPORARILY) but there are different alternatives in the town to eat/dine properly. We were offered free private parking for the motorcycles although we did not use it since Potes is a low-risk place, we left the motorcycles in a very central public parking lot next to the supermarket. In short, it seemed like a good place to rest on the route.

This hotel ( with its famous restaurant) was recommended by friends. It really did live up to our expectations! The staff were so attentive , nothing was too much trouble and they anticipated your every need. The restaurant is awesome. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel’s decor is really lovely, especially in its lounge . The location couldn’t be better, right in the centre of Potes.

This hotel really deserves 4 stars! A warm welcome, suitcases were carried to the room, clean room. My husband wanted to watch the European Championship because the Netherlands were playing and they immediately turned on the TV and brought us some olives and ham. Located beautifully on a river in the center, but no noise at night. Super breakfast, fresh orange juice and fruit, yoghurt, cake, bowl with ham and cheese, jam, tortilla cake and delicious bread. They can learn something from that at a 5 star hotel. It was Father's Day and my son had arranged something for him by telephone, but the staff had neatly framed it and placed it in the room. So sweet. So don't hesitate and book this hotel

Whilst in Potes for 1 night we stopped at Casa Caya for dinner. Had to wait 30 minutes for a table on a Saturday night which was very good. The 5 of us all found something we liked on the menu, portions were big, more than enough to fill us up. Pudding selection was huge, all were thoroughly enjoyed. Good selection of fine wines too.

Good hotel. Good service. Well maintained facilities. Rooms somewhat small but sufficient and well isolated. Some of them with renovated bathroom. Others to be reformed. Comfortable beds. I recommend taking this into account when making the Reservation. Breakfast, excellent with juices, cold meats, potato omelet, fruits, pastries, coffees, etc. etc. When you have all the rooms renovated it will be 4 out of 5

What a wonderful hotel and a stunning town. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the old town, so everything is close at hand but it was really peaceful. The staff is attentive the food is excellent. This is a great place to stay if you are travelling north or would like to see a bit of the North of Spain. I would highly recommend it.

This is one of the most homely and friendly hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. From our arrival to the check out, everything was delivered with a smile and a level of service which is second to none. My wife and I were truly happy to stay here and were sad to leave - always a great sign of a top class hotel and we do hope to be back again soon.

We went to Potes and stayed 3 days at Casa Cayo and we were delighted. They make you feel like you are with family and they make everything easy for you. The room is very good and the breakfast is spectacular, not only for the quantity but for the love with which it is served to you. A thousand thanks to Cayo and all his staff for the treatment received.

Charming Pension, slightly outdated look. We had a room on the 3rd floor very quiet and very clean. The staff is very friendly and always available, Breakfast is good and hearty. I'll go back to this Pension if I go through buddies.

Very friendly staff and great rooms. Garage available for motorbikes. Great choices for food. Good buzz at the bar with outside seating in the street. Was only going to stay for one night but stayed for 2. Overall a very nice hotel. Will definitely use again on next trip.
