Good rooms with working showers and toilets, clean and with nets for the beds. The restaurant terrasse has an Amazing view of the national park and is occationally visited by baboons and other monkeys and several birds. There is free wifi which is acceptable (a little slow and A couple of times a little unstable, but better than the other hotels in etiopia that we have been to) If i ever go to Arba minch again i would stay here.

We booked the place for one night at 11 am and went out to experience the city . We came to our room at 8:30 and slept at around pm we started hearing some squeaking noise coming from the outside . We assumed it’s the next rooms door which was opened by a guest and tried to ignore it . We tried to fall asleep but couldn’t so after staying up for two hours we tried to see the door next door but it was closed and found out that it’s a tree that was rubbing against our seeking that was making the horrible noise. We tried called the reception but there was no response . And after I walked out and ran into a security guard at around 3:30 am he informed us that he has never noticed the problem. This is an obvious lie as the sound is so loud and our room was close to the entrance and it’s easy to notice this sound . In conclusion we spent a very expensive sleepless night. The service providers need to understand why they are charging money for and not try to scam people.

I give the second point only for the location. The building is old and the furniture 'older'.The walls of the rooms are dirty and there is no internet in the room.Internet there is only in reception and restaurant. The breakfast is poor and the towels got brown from white. The positive for the hotel is the location. From the restaurant and from some rooms you have a fantastic view from the lake.

Stayed here for one night. Room had space. Bed comfortable and soft. Toilet facilities towels and soap provided. Shower did not work properly- only a trickle of warm water. A great location with views towards the lakes. Breakfast view the best. Breakfast consisted juice, eggs, pancakes, jam and honey. You select from a menu. Evening meal we had to wait considerable time for this to arrive. WiFi non existent
