Stayed here for a wedding yesterday. The venue was fantastic and the food amazing. I was doing best man at this wedding and I was doing a power point for the speech, I had a problem with getting a video to play. I spoke to the lady behind the bar called Kim and she went out of her way to...

Faultless wedding day and stopover, The hall is marvellously gothic. The 3 course silver service wedding lunch they laid on was very good as was the evening buffet. The staff were all polite and friendly and always seemed to be smiling. The grounds are just perfect for wedding photos and there are peacocks wandering around. My room was spotless with...

Very disappointed with this Hotel!. Was not impressed with the service. . Restaurant and Bar NOT open during the week, only one member of staff working & didn't seem too interested in helping us.Which spoilt our night..However, Hotel & rooms were clean, breakfast was good . But would not recommend this Hotel

We stayed at Rushpool hall after attending a wedding at the venue. I have contacted the venue to discuss my concerns but they have ignored my email. Upon going for breakfast the morning after the wedding, there were very few tables set so we asked if one could be cleaned next to a set table as we were a party...

Absolutely stunning grounds. Amazing inside. Fantastic food & service. Wedding guests loved it. Facilities on site staying self catering in easy walk of the hall and they allow dogs. Disabled access. Could find no faults

Rushpool Hall was the venue for a family wedding and we stayed overnight in one of the hotel bedrooms. It is a stunning venue - a beautiful, sumptuously decorated Victorian house set in gorgeous landscaped grounds with views down to the sea. The wedding went like clockwork, unobtrusively managed by a team who clearly do it every day of the...

Recently attended a good friends wedding at Rushpool Hall and despite being informed that I was Coeliac there was very little to no effort put into feeding me. Up on being seated for the meal I asked a server about my coeliac choices he said he would find out and let me know. He never returned. Then as the starters...

We have just returned from a week in Primrose Lodge in the grounds of beautiful Rushpool Hall. The surroundings are beautiful, quiet and restful. We had frequent visits from peacocks and squirrels. The lodge was well appointed and clean. Loved the wet room , kitchen, utility and bedrooms- however the lounge furniture was awful. After days out sightseeing travelling and walking...
