Stopped here as a result of a concert at the hotel, turned out to be a good idea. Lovely, small, family ran hotel. The room was very pleasant, very large, comfortable bed and room with lovely view. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the food did look very good (will eat there next time). From the moment of booking...

After a delightful walk on The Cleveland Way we decided to treat ourselves to a pot of Yorkshires finest tea - rather than walking all the way down the cliff road we decided to stop half way down at the Spa Hotel, I asked for tea for two and scones. Rather imagining that we would just receive 'run of the...

Rocked up on the motorbikes after a cracking day out. warm room, lovely and clean. Mark and his staff were all very helpful, esp the chap behind the bar late evening who gave a good history brief on the hotel. Would just like to add though the evening meal was very good although more vegetables and potato portions would have...

Every member of staff was outstanding, friendly, helpful and went out if their way to make us all (including our Doberman Zak) very welcome. The room we had was a dog friendly room. There is a rear can park which is behind the dog friendly rooms....

Just on the Saltburn bank the views over the beach are fabulous. The welcome on check in was friendly and welcoming, we were shown to our room, good job as there were lots of doors and corners! Rooms were basic but it was clear that refurbishment had recently been done. Nice little reading/games room. Breakfast was fine but was in...

I stayed here for a night at the end of a walking holiday. It was more expensive than I would have liked, but I could not find anything else in Saltburn that night, so I booked it anyway and thought of it as a treat for the end of my holiday. I'll start with the good things: the staff are...
