I like this place because of the nice people, amazing nature, sea and the "village" is quite and friendly. The food was very good, the bars were opened whole day and offered a lot of drinks. Pools were clean and the staff very kind.

My partner and I stayed at Lindian for 4 nights in July 2019, and had a fabulous experience. The hotel is beautiful - full of colourful hibiscus and bougainvillea vines that make walking around the grounds picture perfect. We stayed in a suite in the new wing of the hotel that’s recently been redone, and had a private pool and sun lounger. Wonderful and intimate. The beach is incredibly relaxing, and the hotel’s beach beds on a private stretch of the beach are a great place to escape the harsh summer sun - there is bar service to keep you going through the afternoon, and water sports available a short 5 min walk from the hotel. We snorkelled and jet skied, which were both super fun. When you’re tired of the hotel beach, the pool is a great alternative with a bar serving drinks and snacks. Evenings at the Lindian are beautiful - live music, the restaurant and surrounding greenery are beautifully lit up and the food is great. What a feast! A short drive away from Lindos - a much nicer town to explore than Rodos, with great restaurants and bars, and a beautiful view. Lots of great coves, beaches and beach bars to explore nearby. Much preferred this part of the island to the south - excellent place for a couple / young family to go away to! Look forward to our next visit!

Staying in this hotel it was for us the perfect choice! Nice facilities, kind personal, and of course amazing rooms! Gardens are beautiful too! Last but not least I must mentioned the fresh and plentiful breakfast. I will visit this place again for sure. I have only one thing to say, staying in this hotel is not just accommodation, it is an experience!

When we arrived, our suite was not ready and we had to wait quite long to get some information by when we can have the room. We had a River Passage Pool Suite and paid 3,800 Euro for 10 Days. When we got the room, we detected: - Radio does not work, system cannot find a Channel. When asking why it does not work we were told, that in the whole village no radio works. We wondered why there was a radio at all. At least one engineer brought a cable to connect ipad so that we could listen to music - Main door seemed broken as if somebody tried to go in without key. Engineer fixed it - Chocolate from fridge was Melted. We had to request room service to bring new one. Same for the fruits, the bananas were overdue and brown. - Electricity plug behind tv in sleeping room was broken, charging of devices not possible without switching off lamps behind the beds. New switches had to be installed. - Only one wine Glass available, although we got a bottle of wine for free. Glasses had to be requested to room service - After repair of all complaints, (several hours), the room Service did NOT come to clean the dust and dirt from repair works - Also minibar was not fully refilled on daily base with Drinks so we went to minimarket to buy Drinks ourselves Still broken but we were fed up to complain: Left sink in bathroom does not draw water properley Electric plug on right side of TV (Wall) does not work One pillow was broken from sunbeds outside Curtains were partially broken Outside lamp works but you cannot use the Switch to switch it on/off as it is broken Outside sofa top Cover (wood) is broken Bathroom is overaged and seemed to have water damage in door Allover it was far too expensive for soo many things broken. The reception personnel was not really friendly. Breakfast buffet was nice, pool bar food was extremely delicious but also very expensive. The 5 restaurants are not open every day, you have to reserve tables. Greek restaurant meals were not so good I wanted to complain about all points to the management but since weeks I wait for the email address of the General Manager. Therefore, now, I put my comments in here. Very disappointing vacation!!! We also booked massages and when we arrived, we had to wait 20 minutes as the personell arrived after massage should have been started. The hotel garden is very nice but it does not compensate all other points.

The Lindian Village may not be everyone's cup of tea but it certainly ticked all our boxes. Our greeting on arrival at 8pm was welcoming and charming, two glasses of fresh home made lemonade arrived together with a bowl of Greek Delight, check in painless and a great tour of the site by golf buggy to show us where ameneties were located to give us an introduction to the Village. A quick shower and change and off to dinner. Katrina welcomed us with a beaming smileand showed us to a table. Service was impecable, 5 course dinner was superb, in fact we sampled over 45 different
