Not as the modernised apartments they advertised as they were the first 2 floors which were more modern and upgraded. Good-hotel is in great location, was immaculately clean, and has wonderful panoramic views over the coastline. The beach nearby is wonderful..Bad-Breaskfast was a basic as you can get.Not enough sun beds round pool.Slightly atmosphereless, with a constant supply of Greek pop music every day.Bad- initially we were given the "dungeon" room.Room 17/18.The view was of 4 walls, with little window, light, etc.!Also,it smelt musty. In the 2weeks we... The view from the balcony is fabulous, but thats the only positive thing about this hotel. They want to be a top class hotel, but they fail on so many levels.. I ordered and payed and got a Superior suite/room. Well the room was bigger than the others, and the view was great, Greek plumbing is not of high standard,... More

Good standard of hotel for the price tag. 10 or so minute walk to the town center so I wouldn't recommend this for people with walking difficulties. Views are amazing and staff are very friendly. Only downside was they insisted you bought water from the hotel which I found a bit tight.

The positives: yes it's in a great location, for both the town and the beach. Yes it's ideally placed for bus stop 4. We weren't quite in the basement, just 1 floor above. We expect basic from Greece, but always clean & well kept. Room 6 was damp and smelled damp for the 2 weeks we were there, despite leaving... More

Situated just outside Skiathos Town and within walking distance to Megali Ammos Beach. The Aria is an ideal place to stay. Five minutes walk into the beautiful, pretty and very Greek Skiathos Town. A host of tavernas, bars and shops which are either tucked away along the pretty cobbled streets or lining the beautiful port. The Aria has an amazing... More

After reading some previous reviews, I wondered if those who gave it unfavourable reviews had actually stayed at the same place that I have just returned from. From the minute we got there, I knew we had made the right choice. We were greeted, and shown to our room, by Neo, the very industrious and helpful manager, and we also... More

Just returned after a 2 week stay. I can see why reviews are split on this hotel, it all depends on which room you are allocated. Firstly I must say Neo who runs the hotel does a fantastic job, 10/10. The location, views, pool area, bar area, reception and entrance area are also spot on, cannot be faulted. As regards... More
