First of all, apologies for my delayed feedback. Had been busy getting back to the office. Our 15 Day stay at St Regis again this year has been phenomenal. The property is beautifully maintained & upgraded. The resort had so many things for us to do. My daughter enjoyed her bicycle rides, exploring the spice garden, feeding the rabbits and geese.
It so homely because of the entire team, beginning with the front desk to the men and lady gardeners who made everything so green and clean. We saw Kingfishers, pond herons, rabbits and so many birds.
It is a Beautiful vast property, amazing for having long walks and clean beaches. We have been coming here since the past decade, every time having a wonderful experience.
Our Daughter loved all the activities planned by Joshna and the team at the play area. The library had a lovely mix of Indian and foreign authors; books for kids and us, they are all over at the reception, at Manor & kids play area.
On the beach the facilities are very nice. Every evening, we loved the Champagne opening Ritual (especially my dad) led by the Butler team followed by watching the sunset at Susegado and live music. We thank Abhishek & team. Charan set us up with a fun-filled dolphin ride.
We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner spread at Miri. The staff led by Chef Santosh, Chef Saumya, Chef Kevin had a delicious spread and cater to every need by my family and our daughter. Thank you to Deep, Sona, Manish, Puii, Mang & Elizabeth.
Thank you to Chef Santosh and Shanker. We loved the seafood prepared by them. It was just as per their instructions. My daughter built such a lovely rapport with both. They are very understanding. It was nice that the old team members remember us personally during every holiday we visit. Truly appreciate their gesture.
For a day or two there was a heavy down-pour. Buggy driver Patil & Laundry staff Pravin went out of their way to make our time easy & comfortable.
We had booked 3 rooms with 2 Suites. All were properly manicured to perfection by the housekeeping team. We were happy with the turn down team, as in the evening after we are back from the beach, our daughter brings sand and shells everywhere. The team does not leave any sand behind and neatly arranges the shells on the coffee table.
At the Manor, we loved the High tea sessions with the spread of snacks and cocktails. I would just request that the high tea menu is changed on a routine basis. Umanand entertained us with stories about the property and we could share our old memories of our frequent holidays during Leela days. Divyesh, Akriti and the entire chef team at Manor - thank you for fulfilling my daughters’ wishes. We loved the experience of having quick bites at the Food truck by the pool. Kheya and Manjit entertained us.
Lastly, I cannot finish without a BiG Thank you to Jonathan, Deblina & Charan who went Above and Beyond to accommodate us with everything that we needed and made our long stay as comfortable as possible. Each and every request was dealt swiftly and resolved. It was a Pleasure to once again spend time with Satish, Amit & Apoorv. Your staff made our stay memorable.
We are looking forward to our next family holidays at the St Regis Goa.

The hotel truly exceeded all expectations! Impeccable service, a stunning beachfront location and luxurious amenities make this a five-star paradise.
Of course, special thanks to Talyana who was in touch and helped us.
The food is top notch. Delicious and varied cuisine for every taste and interesting cocktails, I recommend trying the Goa bloody mary.
Also be sure to visit the beach during sunset. At this time, one can observe the tradition of the entire St. Regis - opening champagne with a saber.
The rooms are a separate form of art, cozy, comfortable, have everything you need, even sea salt for the bath.
The hotel area is huge, well-groomed, a huge number of different plants, for comfort there are buggies and will be happy to give you a lift to any point.
We were happy to be in this little tropical paradise. Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable.

Our stay at the St Regis Goa could not have been more idyllic. Our butler, Gulzar, provided for our every need, including some fairly unusual ones like procuring contact lens solution from a local pharmacy when needed urgently (responding even on what turned out to be his day off, unbeknownst to us, by WhatsApp). The food and service at every restaurant - and we tried them all - was impeccable (Dev at Miri was a particularly kind and attentive presence at most meals). We have stayed at excellent hotels worldwide and the breakfast buffet was probably the best we’ve ever experienced. In spite of some rain most days, we were able to fully enjoy most facilities including the beautiful private beach area, the pool, origami at the kids’ club (a very warm and welcoming space), the gym (well-equipped and usually empty!), and the spa. Although it was wedding season, the hotel did a nice job of managing the noise and wedding crowds. The room itself was a little old-fashioned but was spacious and extremely clean and charming, and it had all the necessary modern amenities including outlets that could accommodate international plugs. We were sorry to leave and will absolutely be back.

We booked two Manor Garden view rooms and one Manor Pool room for four nights over a long weekend. As regulars at the Leela Club, we knew which rooms we wanted and called the front desk manager before our arrival to request them. He confirmed their availability and assured us the rooms were blocked. However, upon arrival, we were made to wait until 5 pm under the pretext that our preferred rooms were still being prepared, only to be given completely different rooms. This is where the nightmare began.
The rooms we were assigned were dilapidated and in dire need of renovation. Despite our request for non-smoking rooms, one reeked of smoke. Moving to a non-smoking room took multiple calls, including one to the GM, as the staff seemed indifferent. In another room, the shower was broken. We finally settled into our last room at 7:30 pm, wasting our entire evening.
The breakfast service at the Manor Lounge was shockingly poor. Something as simple as a cup of coffee took 30 minutes to arrive. The pool was in terrible condition, with loose tiles—one of which cut my foot and required medical attention
The only redeeming quality was the food, but otherwise, this resort is a mockery of the St. Regis brand. Even former Leela staff we spoke with expressed disappointment in the way customers are treated.
This hotel is not worth the hype or the price. I have attached a photo of the running shower in one of our rooms, for which we paid ₹55,000 per night, to show the quality of these so-called luxury accommodations.

My wife and I had a really wonderful stay at the St Regis. We were warmly welcomed to the hotel by our butler Akhum. She was so kind and helpful during our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is set in the beautiful grounds that are really well maintained. We were taken around by the head gardener, and he explained about all the plants and showed us the kitchen garden which they use in the restaurants. A lovely experience. The rooms were all set around the beautiful lagoons that were a real picture first thing in the morning with the waterlilies. All the restaurants were to a very high standard. The food was all fresh and locally sourced, with a very varied menu. We enjoyed an evening cocktail at the beach bar whilst watching the sunset, Souvik and Joyota were so lovely and couldn't do enough for us, introducing us to new flavours. The pool area was very relaxing and quiet, with good attentive staff. There are lots of activities to do, including a golf course, archery, paintball, spa, and yoga. The beach is immaculate and stretched for miles, a lovely walk where we spotted dolphins close to the shore. The sunbeds were always available and in a great location. The only downside was that the waiters could have been a bit more attentive. Overall, the hotel is just perfect and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I would throughly recommend it to get a taste of Goa.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. Let me start with the positives - Phenomenal staff! The check-in was seamless thanks to Suyash, our butler Roshan. Shout out to Sumeet and Joyati at Susegado, Joel and Jessica at the Manor lounge, Arundhathi at the front desk, Chef Kevin, Caridade, Ishita, and Manish at Miri( breakfast). Chef Palden, Antonio, Prasanna, and Alloyed at Riverside. - The restaurants are great, notably Susegado and Riverside. The breakfast at Miri has a lavish spread of both Indian and other international choices. The attentive staff made our breakfast enjoyable. Thanks for Chef Kevin who took on our request and served us hot Jalebis and Rabri as a nice breakfast indulgence on the last day. - The property is beautiful and well maintained - The Manor beach is private( for manor guests), calm, and relaxing. - The Manor suites are spacious and well appointed. - The butler service is exceptional available round the clock. Roshan was amazing and took exceptional care of us, 10/10 to him! - We had a great experience at the spa thanks to Sharyll and Narsen
This hotel has amazing potential and can be among the best in India, but there are a few areas where they can improve.
- This hotel is a popular venue for big fat Indian weddings, so the noise levels can be annoying. The loud music goes on till late into the night making it difficult for the non-wedding guests to sleep. I am sure they can enforce on a lower decibel level after 10 pm - Marriott takes pride in the beds it provides to their guests. I have stayed in many St. Regis properties around the world, and our bed in Manor suite was very uncomfortable. - The alcohol selection needs a revamp especially at the pool and the beach. They have this weird rule that they can’t bring alcohol from their restaurants to the beach or pool area. It’s a pity that Regis being Marriott’s luxury brand can’t showcase India’s budding Gin varietals in their bar. Lack of bar snacks for person with food allergies should absolutely be factored in. - I would have loved some live music in the lobby area, unfortunately it was only available at Susegado beach restaurant ( only when there was no wedding party going on) and was lovely! - I would have loved some Forest Essentials or Kama toiletries in the bathrooms. - Babies in swim diapers should be strictly enforced in the pool. I saw parents taking their babies nude into the pool. It was disgusting and unhygienic for rest of the guests to be in the same water.
Marriott took over this property from Leela but it still is going through some growing pains before it can be a true Marriott luxury brand. As a long term Marriott loyalist, this feedback is a constructive criticism and is not intended to dissuade future guests from choosing this hotel.
All in all a great stay and we will be back. It was wonderful to be back in Goa after 30 yrs and choosing this gorgeous property.

We had an amazing four night stay in this hotel - from the grounds, to the staff, to the food - absolutely amazing hospitality.
We booked a suite for 3 adults - spacious and gave us all plenty of space and privacy. Housekeeping do an excellent job. The grounds are so well maintained.
We went half board - really enjoyed breakfast, a huge variety that caters for everyone. Thanks to all waiters and in particular Shankar for always checking in if we need anything else. Dinner buffet was good too, great option for vegetarians. However I feel they could improve by including some drinks / fresh juices as part of dinner buffet - most other buffets do this.
We really enjoyed the feni tasting - thanks to Braydon. Loved that they have rabbits on the ground that are well taken care of. Thanks to Hari for letting us hold and feed them. Yoga on the beach was great too. However felt like they could offer more adult activities.eg aqua etc. Also majority of activities you have to pay for!
Beach is lovely - cocktails and food is the same price as UK.
Butler service - I didnt really get any value from this. No one at check in mentioned this to us - and our butler only introduced himself once to us in person on day 2 and then communicated via whatsapp. Even when we asked for a timetable of resort activities, we didnt get anything.
Hotel charges for airport pick ups / drop offs are extremely high - would recommend to use a local taxi company instead. Also if flying from Mopa airport, leave at least 3 hours for the drive - surprisingly can take that long sue to location of the hotel.
Will definitely come back!

We started our India excursion at the St. Regis Goa. After a long drive through windy roads from the airport, we arrived at this fantastic hotel. This hotel was formerly the Leela so I can't comment on whether the transition to St. Regis is an improvement or not. Regardless, the facilities are top notch and it's all about location. The reception and check in process was on par with Oberoi and Taj check in. We booked a 2 bedroom villa with a plunge pool and appreciated the amount of space we had for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). We didn't use the pool since it was too cold. Our rooms were comfortable although they could probably use some updating, especially with the number and types of charging/outlet options. We were assigned a fantastic butler - Lakshya - who was easily reachable and consistently attentive. Lakshya was also helpful with planning activities as well as restaurant reservations. One activity we enjoyed was an outing with a horticulturist - Haresh. Haresh was very knowledgeable about the property's plant and wildlife and even made it fun for the kids! My son and I played the short par 3 golf course and had a good time. You can rent golf clubs for a low price. Naturally a lot of time was spent on the beach. I was surprised by how warm the water was in December! Our best meal of the stay was at the Manor, where it felt like we had a home cooked Indian meal. We also had dinner at the Italian restaurant and felt that it was just ok. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so many options. If eating on the beach, get the fresh fish of the day. Highly recommend this resort!

We visited this hotel in 2013. Then it belonged to the Leela chain. Now it's Marriott. The simple rooms have been completely renovated. Everything is new, beautiful, clean. We stayed in a two bedroom villa. The villa has not yet been updated, but it fully meets the requirements for service, cleanliness, and interior. Thanks to the manager Talyana, our stay was comfortable. It was she who helped us move to the villa, since our room was not suitable for us, the windows did not open. She completely took upon herself the solution of all pressing problems: searching for packages, cleaning the villa on time, recommendations for leisure time. Tatyana is an excellent professional in her field. Among the restaurants we liked Italian. After 14 days in India, we were a little tired of the local cuisine. Enjoyed the European food. There are even Buffalo steaks on the menu (that's not beef!). On the beach, the service is very slow, the sand is bulky and there is garbage in it. It is cleaned, but not properly. The water in the ocean is cloudy, almost not transparent, the sand is gray, a small part is golden. The spa is good, but not cheap. Overall, it’s quite suitable for a 5-day holiday.

I’m not sure tbh. The main Mira restaurant would be covered for sure. We didn’t try Oliveto or Riverside during our stay. We did however enjoy the lovely restaurant on the beach the Susegado. You’d need to check with the hotel what the package covers. (The Manor House restaurant was only for guests in those suites.) However I would highly recommend going for B&B for flexibility. There are lovely restaurants further down the beach and within a short walk of the hotel which were great to try. All good quality! No tummy issues!
There are more places to choose from in the Cavelossim area.
