Hello everyone, we had just returned from the leela Goa a couple of days back, we were a big group, had 5 rooms for 3 nights and 2 rooms for one night, unfortunately not everyone could make it to the trip. Let me start by telling the positives about the property, Located at the far end of the south, the beautiful beautiful beach adjoining the resort is virtually a private beach. Lovely rooms and the lovely lawns and plenty of au beds for the guests and lovely relaxed ambience for a Goan holiday. Had ordered room services a couple of times and the food was nothing great at the same time nothing to complain about. I’m afraid, there ends all the positives. As I had mentioned earlier, we had quite a few ppl who could not travel and hence had requested the resort if they can give some resort credit or if the rooms can be used at a later date, for which they didn’t accept. Fair enough, that being the companies policy we had no complains reg the same and had taken all the rooms. In on if the room, all of us hung out together( the room with one night) and went back to our respective rooms to sleep that night. In the morning next day, when one of us went there to collect the stuff which was left there so as to ensure the checkout at around 11am, we got the shock of the life to see some other guest already in the room and for the same one MS. Indira at the front office was not apologetic for the mistake which the resort has committed and we’re behaving as if we were some free loaders there. Also there are a lot of nutty gritty things, after finishing a game of shuttle, we requested the person there to call us a buggy because there were kids with us and the rooms were a lil far, he was like sorry we can’t call, why don’t one of u go to the reception and request for one. There a a lot of small things which had happened and we felt like we were not at a 5 star resort but a road side motel. Over all, the resort need to focus on the behaviour of their staff so that this won’t happen to others. Ps: Mr. Nitya the bar tender at the pool bar was amazing and made some amazing cocktails!!!

Had a great family vacation at Leela, Goa. One of the best properties in Goa. The private beach is the best part of the vacation. The rooms, the food, and the entire experience of staying in this place made us happy. We stayed in Lagoon Suites with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The rooms were spacious. We liked that these rooms had 2 washrooms. The beach is clean and beautiful. The property is huge and we went around the entire property and were impressed with the way the property is maintained. The staff was kind and helpful. On one of the days during our stay, my mother had a toothache and we wanted a particular medicine suggested by our family doctor. We checked with the concierge to help us with the medicines the next day as it was almost 9:30 PM when I informed them. But, to our surprise, we got the medicines arranged for us in an hour when we least expected it on the same day. We are thankful to the team to have gone the extra mile to help us. My 2-year-old niece had a great time playing at the kids' activity area. There was an excellent buffet spread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had a good family time at the property and we look forward to visiting again.

The leela goa place is beautiful with nice lawn area n nice beach beds and all.spa was very good.. But the stafff near the reception and the buggy person are very rude .. The person who is near that basket ball n shuttlecock game place is not even caling for a buggy if asked also. He is like i cant call them you should call from reception .. i asked him phone is there u can call them he was like phone is not working .. Next the staff near the reception We booke nearly 5rooms for 3nights n 2rooms for 1 night..Unexpectedly few people couldnt come to the trip.. so we asked near the reception could u cancel our rooms or give us someother options for that room rate. She was like no its possible this that .. So we took those two rooms for one night We partied in one room 321 for that night.. We left few stuff that night in that room.. So yesterday morning one person from our group went to that room at 11 in the morning to get that stuff because we need to check out at 12 Before we checked-out the resort people already gave that room to other couple. When we opened somebody was already staying.. Is this the 5star top rating resort service ??? Very baddd.we didnt except all these n they are few more experiences which we didnt like at all.. when we asked about this the lady in recaption was like we apologised u already .. never go to this resort not worth the money Almost 75% staff are rude..

My experience at the Leela was really mostly good. Like most hotels in India these days, signs are everywhere about mask wearing but the hotel doesn’t even try to get guests to wear them which is disappointing. Property is beautiful. Great rooms and relaxing vibe. Food and food service is an issue. They seem to benefit only from buffet service. Of course nobody wears a mask at the buffet. I had two bad experiences with food. They need to fix this and stop relying on just preparing Indian food for the buffet. Fresh food. Freshly cooked by experienced chefs. Was seriously disappointed.
