Colour scheme not my choice but nice size room! Cleaned everyday except Sunday! Towels changed daily! Excellent location, right on the beach! Nice stroll to heart of village with many excellent restaurants & bars! The beach is beautiful! We were in a basement room next to the water tanks that got filled first thing in the morning, the noise was unbearable, the room was cleaned every day and the staff very friendly. The food was good and an on beach location was ideal for my wife.

When I travel to Zakinthos I always stay in Tzilivi. It has nightlife and some good shopping and away from the craziness of Laganas. Phoenix Beach Hotel was what I was expecting. Its a budget friendly hotel. Its not a luxury hotel but its kept clean and most importantly safe. I didn't try the food there but we did have...

Notably the bathrooms in all the rooms...

Good location on the beach. Good size rooms & balcony. Bathroom was good size with shower, bath and hair dryer. Breakfast had bacon, eggs etc but was not kept hot. Layout of the hot water, coffee machine and plates, cutlery meant there was congestion in the area by the kitchen. could be better organised. Limited beds around the pool with guests reserving...
