We were enjoying our 2 weeks at the Tsilivi Beach Hotel until 1 evening around 7.30 our bathroom had water dripping from all over the ceiling. It must have been getting sprayed from a burst in the pipework in the bathroom above. It was reported straight away to reception and was told the the maintenance man was away at the...

I don't normally write reviews but feel someone has to put the record straight about this hotel. I really don't understand the bad reviews. The food was that good we didn't eat out once as we do normally so much choice including pasta dishes meats in sauces a roast lots of veg and salads etc etc. the all inclusive drinks...

Had a very nice stay at the Tsilivi Beach. All public rooms are nice - appear to have had a recent refurb. Two pools - both nice and clean. The hotel sits right in the middle of the bay, and you can walk either way to find some nice bars with good views. I would say there was a fairly...

Read the reviews before we went and thought there's always a few who really complain about everything, it can't be that bad, but unfortunately it is - Beautiful views and beach side position that couldn't be beaten, so sad that the management and staff don't have the motivation to ensure the hotel is is kept to an acceptable standard worthy...

Well thought we had a rather stunning looking hotel when we booked our family holiday here....All be it not maybe our first choice as we were coming to Tsilivi for a family wedding....but from the First Choice images and reviews from there it all seemed perfect!! So we booked 2 weeks all inclusive as it was only a few hundred...

Wish I had seen the reviews before I went now been the reviews on some points are right Russians do push you out to get to food but when you get there it's cold and unappealing the drinks are watered down the bar does close sharp at 11 o'clock then the lights go off not enough sun beds to go...

Trying to be fair, the hotel is in an excellent position for the beach (very safe for children) and a short walk to the town with its' shops, bars and restaurants. Booking in was easy and the food was acceptable if a little repetitive. The restaurant although busy didn't present any problems getting a table and the staff were pretty quick...

My husband, daughter and father-in-law took our holiday in Zante this year. Our decision to travel there was made by the convenience of flight times, and cost. Let me start off by saying that although this delightful hotel is rated three-plus-star, it is comparable with many of the four and five-star establishments we've stayed at in the past. Ideally situated...

We went on holiday in the middle of May, a group of 4 young girls. Going so early on in the season the pools were cold, and we had a couple of rainy/ chilly days, but that's what we sort of expected. Starting with the review of the hotel.. It is very clean with very friendly staff that would help...

Me and a friend have just returned from a weeks holiday! And we didn't want to leave. I was a bit worried about going due to all the other reviews, some saying it was good and others saying it was bad, but we really loved it. The hotel was really clean and tidy, with our rooms being cleaned everyday. All...
