What a wonderful trip we had at Contessina Suites & Spa. We were there for eleven days and the hotel ticked all our boxes… gorgeous food, massages by the pool, spacious rooms, helpful staff and fabulous cocktails to name just a few things we loved. Our trip was made extra special by Eleni, who looked after us so well. For example, I was worried I may struggle eating vegan in Zante but there was such a good variety for breakfast at the hotel and Eleni made sure I had my very own plate of avocado each morning. That, her lovely smile and friendly nature really made my mornings. We will definitely go back to Contessina and would highly recommend to others.

we had an incredible stay at this hotel. the staff is amazing and they always try their best to make sure everything is good. the services they offer and their attention to hotel guests is impressive to say the least we had a problem with the car rentals,which was done by us so it was not their fault at all,but nevertheless they made the needed calls to make sure our problem was solved and we really appreciated this. the hotel itself is really elegant and the private pool was nice,even though the privacy is not as great as I hoped. other guests can still see you and also people on the street were able to see pretty clearly the private pool area from the rooms (can be seen in the photos that the fence is clear enough to see through it) the breakfast was good and varied enough. the overall placing of the hotel however was just right for a vacation. you are pretty close to the beach and a lot of nearby restaurants…

This hotel is really one of the best. The staff is sweet, helpful and they really provide personalized service. The Spa and Suite is a slightly smaller hotel so after one day everyone knows what your needs are and really recognizes you. We had to move into the Hotel because they Spa and Suite was going to close its doors earlier but they had this all well taken care of. We will definitely come back! Thank you to the entire staff of the Spa and Suite hotel, you guys made our vacation even better!

We booked this trip as a last minute deal and got more than we were expecting! Starting with being met at the taxi by porter who took our bags for us, to reception who couldn't do enough for us. The room was vast and airy with a hot tub that we made full use of on daily basis, though it did make the room a bit humid at times. Cleaned regularly with evening turn down service included. The swimming pool was surrounded by plenty of sunbeds and food/drink easily order from sunbed by using the hotel app. Breakfast was a nicely set out buffet with everything you could wish for and more. Dinner service was at times slow but to be fair is 5 courses and we found it helped digest some of the food to make way for the next course. Portion sizes were somewhat interchangeable, sometimes on the larger size but most of the time just right. Modern twist on classic Greek food was spot on. Nice selection of wines helped digest evening meals. The staff were all fantastic, helpful, very friendly and always smiling, helped make our stay more relaxing and stress free, especially those in the restaurant and bar particularly Eleni, Anna and Melena who we saw the most. We had an amazing stay at this little piece of paradise in Greece. We felt right at home and enjoyed the silence and wonderful amenities. The service was the highlight of the stay here, everyone was super friendly and kind all the time. What a stunning hotel! Lovely welcome from the friendly staff & sparkling wine whilst we checked in. Beautiful & spacious room & lovely private pool area (junior suite). The staff work so hard to keep the hotel looking spotless & ensuring everyone is happy. We only had breakfast & some cocktails at the hotel (didn’t take advantage of lunch or dinner) but both were delicious! I work in travel & will be highly recommending the hotel to my clients. Contessina Suites & Spa is a luxury hotel, providing guests with a lot of luxury facilities fitting of a boutique style hotel. The staff is kind and helpful, every question or remark gets treated seriously. The room was good and kept clean well by the cleaning team. The shower in our private-pool suite did suffer from some technical problems, would suggest a less complicated shower system. The restaurant is lovely. In the morning an extensive buffet-breakfast, having freshly made sushi for lunch at the poolbar and enjoying a half-board menu meal at dinner. Changing the menu to personal taste or preference was no issue. A special thanks goes out to the amazing two Eleni's (big and small)! They made sure every evening and morning meal was excellent, they love to connect and laugh with the guests which adds to the experience. Also we want to thank bartender Lambros for his amazing cocktails and his ability to create a whole new cocktail to your liking, for us the best one was.... as he called it the 'sex in the pool' or 'flamingo'. Firstly this is a beautiful and spotless hotel. The staff can't do enough for you. One day towards the end of our holiday it was raining in the morning going to breakfast and one of the staff escorted my partner under an umbrella. It's the little touches like that that you pay the extra for. Speaking of which, with the hotel being adults only it was so peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast selection was amazing. Pretty much everything you could think of, cereals, pastries, fruit, full English you name it. They also offer a wide selection of coffee and other drinks too. People come around the pool every day offering complimentary massages, which we took advantage of on one occasion and then ended up booking a spa session with massages, steam room, sauna and indoor pool. Which was very relaxing indeed. We opted for a room with a shared pool, but unfortunately we didn't use it, as the sun didn't really go on that side very much. But we did sit out there at night sometimes to watch whatever music was on that might though.…
