Me and my wife stayed at Olea for our Honeymoon and it was amazing! I requested a little surprise for my wife and they catered to my request before we arrived. We were surprisingly upgraded to the EXECUTIVE PRIVATE POOL SUITE (SEA VIEW) which made the holiday more special. If you prefer privacy, having a private pool is worth it - (it gets cleaned every morning). The interior and exterior decor is stunning. The food was fantastic - Omikron had an amazing selection of starters and mains everyday, a delicious variety of foods catered for everyone, the service was on point. Everyone was so polite and attentive for your needs. It really felt like the staff we're there not only to work, but because they have a passion for excellence. Everything about what they did was impeccable. The music during breakfast/dinner is great and I even added some to my Spotify playlist. We went in May so the hotel was not too busy which resulted in a nice calm atmosphere. The walk on the way to the town and back was nice, if your mobility is limited it might be an issue to walk. But you can find everything you need and the beach isn't that far to get to. Me and my wife definitely want to re-visit - the area, hotel and people we're lovely - Thank you to all that made it special!…
Just got back from a weeks stay at the Olea, and we where blown away by the whole experience. This place is perfect, the staff are wonderful, and the place runs like clockwork, nothing is too much trouble for any of the team. We would like to give a special shout out to a few key members of the team who made our stay that little bit extra special, Genta, the superstar! (The lady who helped us with our room) Anastasia, the hostess, lovely girl, professional, fun and a pleasure to see every morning and evening. Thomas, the Team Leader (another Superstar) Joanna, Guest Relations Manager, who was always around engaging with her guest and made us feel really welcome. Alejandro, The Operations Manager, again, always round, engaging with is guests and ensuring the operation was ruining without a hitch. In addition, to the staff I have named, I would like to say a massive thank you to the rest of the team. Thomas the waiter (hope it’s cooling down for you 😂). The young lady who brought us our coffees, the receptionist, the bar staff…….every last one of you, thank you, thank you thank you!!! I would highly recommend this place, this is an experience not just another hotel, we can’t wait to get back! Keep up the good work guys! Thanks again, for everything!! John & Alastair (103)…
I've been to a good few 5* hotels across the world. BUT in all honestly the staff here were EXCEPTIONAL and fabulous. Super helpful and made you feel more than just a guest. Highly recommended and food 10/10.
My partner and l stayed at this beautiful hotel for a week and honestly had a wonderfully amazing time. Treated like royalty from day one to last day. The welcome drinks on our arrival was wow and the room, OMG!!. Stepping out into the pool from your back door felt like stepping into one’s own private pool.. The staff were amazing, food was divine and the cocktails were just lush!!.. In love with this hotel and will be going back!!
Positives: The most beautiful Hotel/resort set in stunning sympathetic architecture with a water theme. Every single staff member was outstanding. The main pool was so relaxing in a gorgeous setting, whilst the running water pools were obviously very cold there was a gently heated pool which was most welcome in October. Every morning & afternoon a wonderful lady from the spa would provide a mini neck & shoulder massage ( complimentary). The restaurants & bars were perfectly designed. The views from the upper level rooms and top bar were amazing. Negatives: Originally we were booked into the Zante Maris suites which were at a lower level on the hill but we were kindly upgraded to the beautiful Olea suites, but this meant we were now at the top of the VERY steep hill & although electric buggies were going up & down the hills ( dial 9 and a buggy would turn up or stop one as it passed) on our return from Tsilivi town every afternoon & evening there’s no way of summoning a buggy from the bottom. Climbing up the steep hill is not for the faint-hearted, lucky we are very fit 60 year olds although I did suffer with worsening exercise-induced asthma throughout the week because of this. Unless you choose to stay on the complex for the majority of your holiday then you seriously need to decide whether you are fit enough to manage the hills. We walked an average of 10k every day.…
We stayed at Olea for one week as our special holiday to celebrate 10 years of marriage, our first holiday away from our two lovely boys. It was a magical experience. Thank you to Ioanna, the guest relations manager who ensured we were looked after and was so kind to recognise our special celebration and sort our private dinner and boat trip. To Iasonas who looked after us so well for our special meal and throughout the week. To Thomas at breakfast and all the other wonderful staff. To Constantia, the amazing yoga teacher, what a treat to spend an hour a day stretching in paradise. Our room was a private pool suite with a sea view, and it was incredible, what a view and how relaxing. The restaurants were so good the food was delightful, so much choice! The bar and pool area were lovely, we just relaxed! Thank you all so much. I would highly recommend this hotel, book it for next year!…
Definitely the most beautiful and luxurious hotel on the Island. We felt so welcome and pampered by the staff. Every inch of the resort is so well taken care off. You have an amazing view and a stunning pool. The restaurants and bars also great and the breakfast buffet is the best I've ever had, but really, that alone would be worth the stay! I enjoyed the free Yoga lessons a lot, you have everything on this resort to make it a luxurious and relaxed holiday. Tsilivi is a nice little place with restaurants en also the beach is very nice! From here ist easy to go to all the hot spots on the Island with a rental car!
Perfect resort, lovely helpful staff, excellent food and facilities. Wide variety of activities including wine tasting, pizza night, sunset yoga and meditation. A very nice spa and gym looking over the valley. Alexandros Efstratiadis is an outstanding manager and is supported by his excellent staff. He and his staff were all very approachable and always keen to help and make our holiday special. We would highly recommend the Oleo All Suite Hotel and would like to thank all the staff for making sure we had a wonderful and relaxing time at the resort. Well done! Mark, Kate, Adam and Bethany
Excellent hotel. Great service, very very nice staff. Rooms are very clean. We don’t have any reason not to recommend this hotel. Special greetings for staff around the pool and spa, and of course Ioanna. The great lady of hospitality and services. She arrange everything to make your stay even more comfy. Thanks all staff for this great experience.
