We only stayed here for one night on our travels but I can't fault it in terms of price expectation. We had a triple room and it was perfectly clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast seated outside next to the pool the following morning. We didn't get time for a dip but the pool looked very inviting!

Stayed here in July last year. The staff are amazing and helped me recover my lost suitcase within a couple of hours. Beautiful clean rooms and towels/bed linen. Bar serves great food. Visiting again in 2 weeks time and have already booked Lara for next year. Pool area is big and pool is fab. Staff always on hand to help....

This is a 2 star family run hotel in Lourdas, which I can thoroughly recommend. Yes perhaps a little quirky, getting the tv in the room didn't happen and you have to pay separately for the air -conditioning, but the hotel is beautifully clean with a lovely little pool and terrace area with pool side cocktail bar. The rooms are...

Just returned from a short break with my 14 year old daughter at the Lara Hotel. Lovely friendly staff and great location about 5 minutes walk from the beach, the hill is very steep but manageable. Rooms are basic but everything you need and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. Breakfast was buffet with toast,...

Stayed in Lourdas at hotel lara from 17-28 September. The hotel is in the perfect location to go between the beach, beach restaurants or up the hill to other amazing places to eat. The rooms were standard, beds to sleep, wardrobe to hang your clothes. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Everything was kept spotless with cleaners coming in daily...

Lourdas and the Lara Hotel were great, the high point of an otherwise poor experience. Lowcost holidays were useless. They gave me incorrect information regarding the correct departure terminal in the UK, omitted my wife and I from the passenger manifest which meant that even though arriving in plenty of time we were left running to catch the plane. On...

My partner and I have just returned from a 10 nights stay (16 - 26 September 2015) at the Lara Hotel. Having been to Lourdas on five previous occasions the Lara was a new destination for us. We have walked passed this hotel so many times and not ventured in. We were delighted to find the hotel to be more...

Picked up an end of season late deal which turned out to be a real bargain. Very helpful and friendly staff, basic but spotless, sufficient breakfast, nice pool, small balcony but spectacular sea view over the trees as far as Zante from my second floor room. Hot water for the shower all day, bus service outside to either the beach...

We love the Lara. The staff are fantastic. The pool is lovely, as is the large patio area with bar. Although some say the rooms are basic, they are very clean and have everything you need. We have stayed in several different rooms over the years and each room has been lovely with nice balconies. We will definitely be back...
