Stayed here for 10 days at the start of August.
The rooms were nice, had a sea view (despite a few trees that could do with trimming as they were blocking some of it) and they were cleaned every day.

We found this hotel to be pretty with lovely views for the price. It had everything we needed: uncrowded swimming pool (although we hired a car from Greekstones who were excellent and were out everyday) rooms serviced everyday, air conditioning (extra cost) near the beach...More

Go here,why not,rent a car and explore,come back eat sleep and drink, people watch,great,wake and have some breakfast,go out and explore,nice,repeat 7 or 14 days,go home well chuffed,look out of the window,grey,dull,cold,book holiday for next year.....why not!

Not easily. There are buses into Argostoli, the capital, from Vlachata (at the top of the hill) and there is a timetable. They are infrequent but one goes around about 9am. Not sure how reliable they are though. A couple... More
Not easily. There are buses into Argostoli, the capital, from Vlachata (at the top of the hill) and there is a timetable. They are infrequent but one goes around about 9am. Not sure how reliable they are though. A couple of years ago they introduced a local bus service between Lourdas Beach, Vlachata and Trapazaki which runs regularly throughout the day during the summer months. One can but presume that it will happen again this year!
