Had a week here last summer, and in comparison to other 5 star hotels it is very basic. The hotel is on a hill, and you have to go in a dodgy lift to get up and down it. There isn't really anything around the...More
The hotel is at the top of a hill and there is nothing within walking distance apart from car hire shops and a little supermarket. We hired a scooter and it was great. We got around the whole island within 2 days and there was...More

The Culinarium a la carte is down on the beach above the beach bar. Superb Fusion cuisine food and always worth it early for the sunset. Vertigo is set back from the bar area behind the swimming pool. This is overlooking the cliff edge and the food is absolutely gorgeous. We had not tried it previously, but last time we were there were invited by Dimitra, the Guest relations manager at the hotel. That meal is at an extra cost but well worth it. We always plump for the lobster meal on a Sunday night at the same venue. This is around €120 but trust me it’s absolutly worth it. As I said in my review, I do not usually do reviews but all at the hotel, and the services are so attentive, and treat you as friends, not just guests.
