We loved it here. All the staff are very friendly, they work hard and are most efficient. The greek alternative at dinner was cooked to a very high standard and we always left the restaurant very happy. Drinks prices at the bar are also very competitive. The hotel is kept very clean, the hotel rooms are comfortable but you must...

About to check out of the thomas bay hotel after a week long stay with my husband. We are in our early 50's. The hotel is clean, the rooms a little pokey, but its only somewhere to sleep. Very clean. I was disappointed that there was no bath only a shower in the tiny bathroom. The staff polite and friendly....

We got the holiday at a remarkable price and we were very happy with what we got. Ok the bedrooms are tired and the shower leaves a lot to be desired, but this is Greece. Remember they have been in a recession for years so may not have money for renovations. What we got was a warm welcome, food was...

Stayed here for 2 weeks from the 5th of August. A fabulous hotel in a great location can't fault a thing. Everything was great the rooms, facilities, food the staff would gladly stay here again, it's like a home from home. Thats probably why people have been going back year after year.

My husband and I got an unexpected extra weeks holiday from work, so booked this hotel after reading all the good reviews. I cannot understand why people would return to this hotel, apart from the staff who were friendly apart from Irene who was not. Room was really basic, small bathroom and balcony. Although we did not use the balcony...

This hotel was lovely, the hotel is dated and could do with a bit of a refurbishment, but it was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel staff are so lovely, always smiling, helpful and chatty. Food was lovely and the pool was one of the nicest, cleanest and warmest pools I've ever been in. We...

My Husband and I (both in our early 30's) visited this Hotel for a last minute cheap break. I feel we did pay a little over the odds for what we got (£500pp for 1 week HB Thomsons) but accepted this as it was in the school holidays. If we had paid this sum outside of this time I would...
