Went to the painted boat for a wedding. Resort sits on the bay. Gorgeous views from every angle. Hot tub and pool also have a fantastic view of the water. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Soaker tub is amazing!

Since I was a young man, I have always loved the natural beauty and laid back lifestyle of the Sunshine Coast. And after our recent trip to Painted Boat Resort, I have an even greater appreciation of this amazing place. From the moment we pulled up the driveway we were struck by how beautiful Painted Boat is! From the grounds...

Would've been a 5/5 except for noisy neighbours upstairs running around and arguing all night and annoying kids in the hot tub - but that can't be helped by the hotel - it is a family place. The one gate to pool was broken - and was broken a month ago when we were here as well. Had a couples...

Great rooms, awesome location. Poor experience at the restaurant unfortunately. Stay here but eat in or elsewhere. Kayaks were great to rent. Not sure how the spa is as we didn't use those facilities on this visit.

loved every minute-a very special location, a very special resort. The resort melted into the forested marina, the materials echoing the surroundings and presenting a hushed oasis bounded by both the sea and the pristine wilderness. Heaven!

We loved the waterfront location, water view, and comfortable living space. It would make the whole experience if the villa was free of spiderwebs. The experience can be perfect if coffee mate or creamo was present.

It is the busiest time of year for some of the spider species you'll find around the resort. While our maintenance team does gently move them to the side, those multi-legged arachnids will spin a new web quickly after! Note there is a grocery store just down the road that offers a full range of kitchen and cupboard basics.

The Painted boat resort has an ideal setting to relax and watch sunsets. The accommodation was spacious enough for 2 or 3 couples to share without feeling cramped we had 2 bedrooms and a loft that proved handy for watching movies whilst the ladies read on a rainy afternoon. Most stunning was the sunsets we enjoyed from the large picture...

Top notch accommodations. Clean. New. Well kept grounds. Enjoyed Gulf Rascal fishing charter immensely. Fun kayaking with kids and swimming in the pool. Close drive to trails and parks and IGA. Would definitely like to vacation here again.

Stayed here for a weekend. Great place. We moored at the marina and the attendant was very helpful in moving us into our slip. Facilities here are top notch, infinity pool, fitness facility, etc. Partner had a full 3hr spa treatment for her birthday and loved it. Happy hour followed by dinner couldn't have been better. The hosts/owners were very...

We recently spent three nights tied at the dock facilities at Painted Boat Resort and Marina (yes, it does advertise itself as a marina). We were attending the splendid Pender Harbour Chamber Music Festival, and Painted Boat was within walking distance to the venue. However, we soon realized that boaters are not made welcome there. There are no laundry facilities...

With the moorage fee you receive the slip and power from the dock. For access to the resort's amenities, such as access to the pool, hot tub, shower, or bathrooms, it is $20.00 per person. We do not offer laundry to moorage guest. However, the internet is free, but it is a little bit spotty at the marina. Thanks for...
