We used Lonely Planet as a guide to finding a good place to stay but all were run-down mouldy and very tired looking. Using Trip advisor we found this great and clean newer hotel at a very affordable price. Staff was very polite and did their very best at communicating in the little english they knew. A simple breakfast of...

Very good value hotel at around 500 bht a night including coffee, orange juice and toast for breakfast. The en-suite rooms are simple and clean with aircon and freeview TV. Ample parking at the front and friendly reception staff. No English spoken tho' so that is restricting for tourists. There isn't a lift so book a ground floor room or...

What makes this hotel special is the extraordinary value for money which it offers. Recently built, it caters to a predominantly Thai clientele; during our stay my partner was the only westerner whom we saw there. So if you do not speak Thai you will find a dual-language phrasebook very useful. The staff (at all levels) were friendly and helpful,...

Tip: tuk tuk to the bus station is 50 bath/pp. Cons: staff doesn't speak English BUT they are really attentive and they do their best to understand the guests (even using Google translator). We stayed in the superior king bed room (470 bath) because the deluxe rooms weren't available. Our room was clean and comfy. It has a flat screen...

New in 2012 the hotel provides a better than average area hotel with good air conditioning, small clean rooms, clean bath, continental breakfast , at a bargain internet price. The beds a little hard as is with most 3* hotels, but this hotel will be hard to beat under an additional $25 (750 baht) a night. Parking good and location...

This is a great hotel for a short stop to see the ruins. The rooms are clean and bright with all the conveniences you need. The bed is comfortable and there is lots of hot water for the shower. This hotel is fine and for the price a great bargain. The front desk has a card with pictures of the...

This hotel is modern, relatively clean and very cheap considering the room has a fridge, hot shower, a/c and good quality bed. The staff speak very little English but were kind and helpful and we got by. They offer terrible bikes for free- really useful as the hotel is a little way out of town. We made it right round...

Thanks to those who made a review on Tripadvisor. My family had a nice stay in superior room last night. The cost per night is surprisingly cheap. 360bht for a standard room for2pp, 450bht for superior, and 600bht for a suit for4pp. 100bht for an extra person. The cost we paid is nothing comparing a bright airy clean room with...

This is a hotel typically used by Thai visitors rather than foreigners. It is not listed in Lonely Planet and the like (a reason why TripAdvisor has become so useful) and they are not used to non-Thai guests. No English is spoken. The experience began badly when I phoned for a room and the receptionist told me "no speak English"...
