My husband and I had a one nught stay here on NYE. We arrived around 8.30pm as my husband had to work during the day, and as there was nobody on reception, one of the bar staff showed us to our room. The room was fine, of a standard size with an en-suite bathroom, TV and

We stayed there in September and had a lovely 2 night stay with friends at the Charles Cotton. Yes, on arrival they couldn’t find one of the booked rooms on their system but eventually it was sorted. Rooms comfortable and clean, service friendly and food lovely. Absolutely gorgeous little village - check out the lovely little church and the youth hostel up the hill - unexpected! Lovely walks nearby as well. We weren’t getting WiFi whilst we were there and assumed they didn’t have any but when we pointed it out on trip advisor they replied that they did have WiFi and perhaps it had been down whilst we were there. Not sure why they’re not answering but would still recommend it as a lovely place to stay.

Yes they do allow, they have 2 dog friendly rooms which are spacious and very comfortable. In the annexe and on ground floor with easy access. For breakfast or evening meals the hotel arrange for you to eat in the Bar area with your dog so you are all together. Enjoy your stay.. :-)

Do you have gluten free & vegetarian options?
I would call the Hotel directly to check. There were several items on the menu which were not available.
