Perfect location, near the city of Corfu. Perfect nature, small sandy beaches. Excellent view to the city of Corfu. Nice kids Club. Not perfect but adequate breakfast. Polite and superb staff, the true power of the Grecotel Corfu Imperial. Luxurious the majority of rooms. In contrast, some of them, Sea and Garden View Bungalows need serious refurbishment. The toilets are...

It is my first time visit to Corfu Island, from the port it takes 10m to reach the hotel. It looks normal from outside but when you enter the hotel you will be surprised. A very classy lobby, I was shocked 😳 of seeing the hotel Manager in the entrance welcoming all his guests personally, in no time we were...

Dear Guests, Thank you for your review! Whilst we did find the title of your review a little confusing, your review itself and all the comments you shared are clear and understandable. It is true that in May and October the evenings can be cooler and this makes outdoor dining a little 'fresh' at times. However, no such issues during...

We enjoyed our holiday here and our complimentary room upgrade after voicing our concerns about the bungalow rooms we had booked. Some aspects about the general decoration and repair of the hotel meant it didn't feel like a true 5* experience. There seems to be a big issue with the amount of sunloungers available and on many days we were...

The reception area is impressive, exuding opulence and Greek culture. We were greeted by an extremely courteous and helpful member of staff, who explained all we needed to know in relation to the hotel. The complimentary drinks, kumquats and cool face towels were a nice touch and suggested a really first class hotel. This was borne out by our room...

We had originally booked at the Daphnila (another Greco resort) but we received an email a couple of weeks before our departure date to inform us that we were being upgraded to the Imperial because of early closing. The whole change process was handled really efficiently by the reservations staff and they helped transfer our spa treatments and taxi reservation....

Dear Ladies, Thank you for your review and for your sharing your appraisal of your recent stay at the Corfu Imperial, as an alternative to your originally booked holiday at the Daphnila Bay Thalasso. We stayed at this Hotel for 5 nights. I presume it is 5 star because of the facilities. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and all very efficient. Our room was fine with nice view, and there was complementary bottle of wine and fizz. The food in the evening buffet was nothing special and not 5 star and the...
