don't expect much, rooms are small, on a busy street so it's noisy. but there is a fridge, safe box and basic breakfast. the staff is kind and very helpful and good location on the center, but i'm not sure you can't find better option in the city!

the hotel is well located down town, but a little too much noisy as located on the main street. rooms are OK with a small fridge TV might not work properly in each room. Funny way to have hot water in the bathroom really appreciated during winter period

We arrived after 12 hours of boat travel. The staff were great. Spoke English a lot more than average. Rooms clean and modern feeling. The pictures make it look older than reality. Good value for money

We arrived in Sittwe after a very bad night in a flea bag in Taunggok. We were greeted with cold orange juice, pristine sheets, comfortable beds, hot showers, friendly staff. This is the place to stay in Sittwe. For Myanmar, the price was reasonable and worth every penny. I want to add that we were traveling with some Burmese friends...

There are not many choices of hotel to stay in Sittwe downtown, and this one I bet is the great choice, worth staying there and the price is reasonable at 35$ per night when I stayed there. Good for downtown explorers

A mid-range hotel that is only marginally cheaper than the excellent Hotel Memory just round the corner. Small, rather cramped rooms with en suite, comfortable bed, effective but noisy air-conditioning, strong smell of insecticide, good supply of electric sockets, very poor internet, satisfactory breakfast.

Probably one of the best midrange options in Sittwe. A bit overpriced but very friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. Located at the main road. Stayed here on the way to and from Mrauk U..........................................

Staff friendly and helpful. Wifi not working. Rooms small. Water leaking in the room. Bathroom small. Better options in town for the price. A option for a short stay in case Hotel Memory is fully booked. At only 5$ cheaper than Hotel Memory not worth the money.

Stayed two individual nights in this hotel. The twin bedroom was a bit on the small side, but was clean and had everything, large flat screen TV, tea- & coffeemaking facilities, good air condition, toiletries in the bathroom. Moreover the best shower we had in 6 weeks in Myanmar! Breakfast with good asian & freshly prepared western options. The meals in...

I know the pickings are slim in Sittway but this hotel felt dirty and had no hot water. I had to be up at 5:30am to eat breakfast and catch the ferry to Mrauk U. A cold shower at that time of the morning was a little hard to take. Breakfast was included and was very basic. The staff was...
