I was first time solo on holiday and it was amazing. A hotel is specially for those people which want to have a lot of activities. Even if it was raining all of The day i was not bored. The gym is really nice equipped, joga, pilates, cardio trainings. Love the hotels app! Also the people made my holiday even better. Special thanks to the best entertaiment team - Ali, Guney and Durukan was all of The time with me even if they were not at work. Oksana is the best joga teacher! She really knows how to start a perfect day. Spa day, dinner and breakfast with the view at the sea, amazing. A lot of cats, i felt in love with that, didnt expect that. The hotel should warn people, because not everyone love the cats like me :) The food was delicious, i really liked that on every dish was calories info. I loved the turkish day with real lamb meat. There was one thing about Restaurant which i didnt like - sometimes smell of the cigarretes everywhere, i think it was from vents. Room was clean and i liked suprises which was left. One thing i didnt like about the room was a noise. The entry door was not enough tight and when it was raining i couldnt sleep because it was too loud. Same if somebody was walking close to The room, everything i heard too loud. To sum up - perfect hotel to make a mental progress, perfect entertaiment team, people, views, nature, activities. Solo female traveller I stayed for 2 weeks and felt safe and secure. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. 'Guest Relations' people are very approachable and keen to hear feedback and will do their best to address any issues or concerns quickly. I stayed in the main building and the room was spacious and always kept clean. The food and drink was tasty and typical of an all inclusive (not in a bad way). There was enough variety for a diverse range of guests. I loved the cats, they really give the resort character, fun and are a joy for animal lovers like myself. I wished that the hotel had 'cat toys' so we could play with them properly. Maybe next time? 😻 (You will also see hedgehogs 🦔 eating the cat food which is endearing. Some nice birds around too.) I had several full body massages from Kamsy at the spa, they were very relaxing - heavenly bliss, I really appreciated them, perfect for a chill-out holiday, I recommend her. The spa facilities looked impressive and the spa centre itself was much larger than I expected. A big shoutout to the gardeners 👨🌾, well done! The grounds were beautifully maintained, lots of flower/plant species that I really enjoyed exploring. If you like horticulture, this hotel is a lovely choice because the grounds are so green and lush. The beach is also nice, clean, sandy and has most things you'd expect, a bar, toilets, various seating areas etc. I thought the Wunderbar looked a bit dark and dingy, felt too much like a European pub or 'backstreet boozer', I got bored of it quite quickly. The Lobby bar seemed to have a nicer vibe. A couple of points to note. 1) Regarding the nearby construction, I was notified before I booked by Tui which was good; so it was not a surprise. I did not hear any construction noise around the resort but I could hear it intermittently in my room (sixth floor main building) during the afternoons but I did not consider too much of an issue with the balcony door closed. My balcony partially overlooked the construction site so not a particularly nice view but it was not a big issue for me personally. Other guests may want to request a room away from the construction site, siestas / afternoon naps may require ear plugs! 2) The hotel was not busy during my stay in January so I cannot comment on the quality of service when it is at full capacity. …

Very nice place also very good entertainment team. Best entertainer in hotel Getin. Playing darts was the best time of day. Also plays awesome tunes when doing activities. Getin is very good at his job and makes everyone holiday enjoyable.

We visited TUI Masmavi two years ago and it was a fantastic experience. This year I booked the same room (I chose the same code like BZX03 or something like that - the TUI app has really very generic room descriptions). But we were put in such a small room that there was not enough room even for our luggage. The staff said, "Your room was upgraded two years ago". We were shown a description (small but secret) of the different room types and we saw that our room was indeed in a villa. In this description, there is neither the area of the room, nor the location ((( We still doubt that we received the paid room. Everything else was just great: the grounds, the beach, the food, a lot of sports (mostly free), water sports, and even real hedgehogs ran through the lawns )))

It is a very nice and clean hotel. It is in a good location and has a lot to do. I also really liked the smell in the lobbies. All of the employees were also very friendly and nice and helpful. For example, the waiter is şiyar Alakuş. He was always nice and funny, he also helped us if we had any questions. I can only recommend this hotel.

Great reception team who welcomed us late at night, any question was answered, Staff always smiling nothing to much to bother they do work extremely hard Rooms cleaned everyday, fresh pool towels and always got a sunbed. Entertainment team amazing . Has to be the best entertainment we’ve experienced staying in such a big hotel they really made us feel welcome. Big thanks to Güney and Cetin who made our holiday a memorable one. They are an asset to this hotel, it takes more than a tidy lobby or a decent swimming pool to bring back customers. Will definetely book again for this year. Thank you

I was at TUI Magic Life Masmavi with a friend for a few days. The hotel and the rooms are super clean and very modern. The service both in the restaurant and for the rooms are absolutely friendly. Also the entertainment team especially Cetin and Güney did a great job! It was a pleasure to meet them. I‘ve been there twice and there was nothing to complain about. We will definitely come back!

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo nice trip! I am ensure this is the best vacation experience for us as honeymoon. Everything is perfect.
