Very comfortable place to stay if your visit is to attend a function nearby. The parking is tight. The breakfast was excellent and the full english well cooked and hot. Plenty of fruit yoghurts to choose from and a good coffee machine.

happy staff, the rooms were fresh and clean. The general appearnce of the hotel was nice. The meal deal of breakfast and dinner is a great deal. New yorker pizza is a must for pizza lovers. Only negatives about this hotel are that is a drive too hotel as not really close to underground station. (The closest being Gunnersbury)But if...

The hotel has friendly staff and is located in a lovely setting beside the River Thames, with Kew Park on the opposite side of the River. It's a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Two train stations near by provide a direct route to London Waterloo station in 30 minutes. We enjoyed the stay

Well worth the £39 we paid, room good size and spotlessly clean. Also about the best hairdryer I have used in a hotel. We stayed on 4th floor and it was very quiet although it is located in a residential area. We stayed for a visit to Kew Gardens and really easy to get to via bus. Also a lot...

My second time staying at this hotel and the experience again was brilliant, wonderful staff with professional attitude and very comfortable rooms. I will be definitely coming here again soon, car park can improve but everything else was perfect.

Ideal for easy access to London and easy access from M4. Good links to the city, recommended by hotel staff take the no 65 bus to South Ealing and the tube is a direct piccadilly line to central London, alternatively the train runs to Waterloo from Kew Bridge a short walk away. Clean, well connected to the city, price was very good. Definitely would recommend! The room is very comfortable and the bathroom big enough. I loved to be able of making tea in my room with the provided kettle.

Ideally located for London . Reasonable price and excellent standard of room. The staff were excellent and helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Would recommend this hotel. Very surprised by some of the negative comments.
