Detailed Reviews
The quality and quantity of food is good. Service of the staff is not that good.
Though the food is tasty price is not appriciated according to the quantity of food.
Ambiance is good, need to improve more on quantity.

5 kms from highway and 5 kms to temple. Ample open parking. So car will catch dust. Lift was under maintenance. Check before you book. Inhouse free buffet breakfast was provided. Decent spread. At 6 AM, there was no one at the front desk and the shutters were down which was very surprising. Rooms are very good for the price tag.

We attended a wedding at this hotel and were really happy with the hall and the food. The hotel is new and located next to Tourist Hotel where we stayed. The rooms are also very impressive but the most eye catching aspect is the atrium.

Hotel Atria,Kolhapur-A review
Location and reaching the hotel from the Pune-Kolhapur-Bengaluru Highway--
The Atria Hotel is located on the road just after Pearl Hotel( I had attended some dinners and get-to-gethers there long back). It is situated opposite Panchsheel(where
I sometimes took vegetarian food). While going from Pune to Kolhapur on the four lane good highway, when one enters the city to the right from the road below the
flyover(going to Bengaluru) and under the flyover, one has to keep going straight after the Bus stand up to Tararani Chowk with the equestrian(on the horse) statue of
Tararani. One can see the board of Ayodhya to the right.
As one reaches the Tararani Square the sign board atop Atria Hotel is visible after the singboard atop another hotel.
It is very close to Tararani square.Continuing straight only a little distance from this chowk
one has to take a u turn to the right, opposite Panchsheel.
The Reception is just next to the restaurant on the ground floor.
The vibes were good.
We went up the good lift to the third floor to the rooms.
The rooms, beds, pillows, furniture and bathrooms were nice with cleanliness.
The rooms had wall tv with many channels;electric teapot with sachets of dip tea, sugar, powder milk, two cups and plates in the tray(for the morning cup of tea, self-
made),two water glasses and a water jug.One mineral water bottle complimentary.
From outside the rooms we could see the place in the middle on the second floor below, where there were chairs and tables and the arrangement for the complimentary
breakfast in the morning from 7.30 am to 9.30 am.
The conference hall was visible on the fourth floor.I went there and
took some pictures of Kolhapur city visible from the windows.
Dinner-We ate homecooked food --rotis(suki) & paranthas with bhindi.
Plain dal was ordered from room service.Pot tea was with tea sachets.
The morning complimentary buffet breakfast was down there promptly at 7.30 am.
The items were milk and cornflakes;bread, butter;Shira(sweet suji halwa);upma(salty);Meduvada;Set dosa;banana, sambar, coconut chutney;masala potatoes with onions( for
eating with Set dosas) and ready tea.
I ate less oily things like banana, upma, set dosa with a bit of sambar and bit of coconut chutney with bread.
I liked the same even though I was wondering whether I had eaten anything with too much of oil or ghee which is not recommended as there is risk of increase of
cholesterol which is not good for the heart and the arteries. And I could not know even though I avoided meduvada as it is fried in oil and shira too as it has ghee
added in preparation.
Lunch--Wife ate homecooked paranthas and bhindi.I obtained only plain dal with no tadka and boiled rice from the room service.
The room service was prompt but we could not properly judge the quality of vegetarian food (we are pure vegetarians)during dinner or lunch as we had only taken plain
dal at dinner and boiled rice in lunch, being on restricted diet.
Good for us as we are simple people and do not expect too much other than good behaviour from the staff and good prompt service, good cleanliness, comfortable rooms and
bathrooms and good quality and taste of food.
All this we got.
On the whole a very good experience.

The staff at Atria, are one of the best I've ever met. Most courteous, friendly staff. The morning breakfast is is complementary and with good taste. The hotel has ample parking space. Ask for rooms close to the Wi-Fi, for better speeds.

I stayed at Hotel Atria in March. The hotel is located pretty close to the highway, bus stand and the railway station which is great. The rooms are very clean and well appointed . The restaurant is small but food is excellent. The complementary breakfast which is served in theis really good . The staff is friendly and helpful.Other selling points are the 24 hr checkout and complimentary wi-fi. Will definately recommend to friends and will visit again myself.

For my routine business trip to Kolhapur, i used to stay at Hotel Atria - once in every 2-3months regularly. My experience with this hotel is fantastic. Though from outside this hotel looks ordinary but the interior looks fabulous with well thought Themes from corridor tiles to selection of paintings. The room stay is comfortable with good A/cs, relatively new bed, pillows & linens and maintaining hygenic toilet. They have a kettle placed inside room and served with free coffee and tea bags. Wi-fi connection in lower floors are relatively good than the upper floors. Food - especially Kababs are good and pleasant service. The breakfast is well spread but it would be good if they maintain fruit serve / juice as a part of menu everyday.
A special thanks to Mr. Akthar - Hotel Manager, a well mannered and soft spoken person who incredibly arranges for the lunch so early at 10AM itself while i check out and prepared for the onward journey to Chennai.
The only problem with this hotel is that the lift is deadslow which make you feel to step up / down instead of impatiently waiting for.

My friend suggested this property and I got a deal at close to 1900 through one of the online website but my colleague was not able to book the same through the same website and we have booked it directly at much higher prices after getting all the possible discounts. I was not feeling well so we decided to check in as we entered in the city so that i could get some rest but check in was not a breeze and it took almost 25 min
still they were making my room (around 6pm ) and i got my room finally, the bed sheet was full of stains but i didnt complaint as i want to take some sleep.
this property is at main road and the rooms are not sound proof as i was not able to sleep though the noise of ongoing traffic on road and pressure horn of Travel buses as this is one of the pick up center for the same
complimentary breakfast is something which one would like to give a miss. neither more breakfast nor the quality/services.
Just Ok hotel

Response from HotelAtria, Owner at Hotel Atria
Responded 21 Jul 2015
Dear Guest, Thank you for your patronage, your comments are very much valued. We appreciate your remarks and your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience caused during check-in and the disturbance due to the traffic noise. We are in the process of soundproofing the road facing rooms and we expect it to be completed soon. We would like to inform you that we offered you a very good discount on our rack for the 2nd room. Online travel companies carry out multiple promotions where they offer discount/cashback and sometimes these rates are lower than our rack rates. The rate you received for the 1st room was at the discretion of the online travel company's website and we are not privy or involved in the promotion campaigns run by them. After you filled in our feedback form at the reception during check-out the general manager visited your room and personally checked all the linen provided in the room and found no stains at all. Breakfast on the 17th of July was setup at 7:30 AM in the Coffee shop and was not late or delayed. You should have also informed the front desk that you were unwell and drowsy as we have a doctor on call for our in-house guests. We apologize again for the inconvenience caused due to the delayed check-in and the traffic noise and look forward to welcoming you again whenever travel brings you back to Kolhapur.

I went to Kolhapur on August, 2014 and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It was really a very comfortable experience. I took an executive room and booked online. Very very clean room and toilet. Management staffs were really good especially senior manager. Buffet breakfast, and delicious hygienic food quality. Restaurant and bars really good. I will definitely visit Kolhapur again and therefore Atria again. I will suggest Hotel Atria to everyone whoever planning to tour Kolhapur.
Thanks & Regards,

I think you are about 2-3 Kms from the highway. Hot water - Yes
Breakfast - complimentary but hardly worth the trouble because of the poor quality.
Car Parking - minimal
Mahalaxmi temple is about 3 kms from Hotel Atria and takes about 10-15 mins by auto rickshaw. We suggest that you take an auto as getting parking near the temple is difficult.
We do provide Jain food if given a few hours notice but do not have separate kitchen for vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparation.
Narsobawadi is around 50 kms from Kolhapur and takes around 1hr15mins by car.
