I had visited many hotels in the past in kolapur, but never came across this hotel, by recommendation of my friend, i visited this property as i am a regular visitor to kolapur, i come to visit the Goddess Mahalaxmi temple every year, Now coming to this hotel its a wonderful hotel not far from the main road and well connected to all the attractions around kolapur, i had checked in with my friend and asked for twin bed, the employees are courteous and always carry a smile on their face,room are quite spacious neat and clean, plus they have a 24hrs check in policy where i feel its too good you get value for the money you stay when you stay in this property, the morning buffet was good just need to add some more menu to the breakfast rest the foods are delicious,you get a car wash where they charge 50 rupees, you get auto near the hotel so transportation is not hectic auto people charge rupees 60/- to the temple, so we parked our car and took auto to go to thetemple , just one request i have, please upgrade the television in the room its quite small compare to the rooms size., rest everything is fine and I will definitely make this my destination hotel every time, i visit kolapur.

Visited this hotel in Dec 2021. Maybe it was expensive due to the holiday season, but the overall experience was average when compared to the price. Breakfast was meager with hardly any options. Room was spacious though.

We stayed for one night. The rooms were average in size. The furniture was old but adequate. The bathrooms looked newly renovated. The staff was friendly. There was some lack of coordination between reception and house keeping. Food at the hotel was good. Railway station is in walking distance.

So we stayed at this Hotel on our road trip to Goa from Mumbai. We had a late night check in however the staff was very friendly and they arranged late night snacks for us. The hotel is in very close proximity to the Mahalaxmi temple so the visit to the temple was also effortless. All in all we had a very good experience with friendly staff, good variety of options for food and drinks.

My friends and I booked this hotel and even after paying 10k in advance, when we reached the hotel at night we were told that no rooms are available. They had double booked. At 11:30pm we were shifted to a shady hotel. The staff seemed a little accommodating and remorseful at first but after a phone call with the owner they did a 180 change. They have charged us to magnetise the key with gst and even for water bottles. Every possible way they’ve extorted money from us. Really horrible experience and this isn’t how hospitality works.

Lots of mosquitoes due to in-house pond, staff found less supportive, comfort wise it was good stay, found low lighting in the room comparatively, it has created discomfort. Hotel needs refurbishment as hotel furniture found bit older. Furniture found little smelly.

My parents and their frnds went as couple all arnd 70. They were arnd 22 people all had a great time. Highly courteous staff, and Jayesh. Kayak the owner of the hotel Tom personal care of all their needs and the hospitality was amazing no second thoughts about it. The food also was finger licking. So very good on cleanliness also, good location, good food and great hospitality what else do you need.

I booked the hotel seeing the rating on Google However, it was not close to anything. The food was average, breakfast was below average. In room no AC remote, no switch to put off the light and exhaust in washroom Room also smelling damp.

The staff attending the breakfast counter was really good - the only visible good point Never cleaned the room properly 2 days they let out the room to someone else for day use - I could find long strands of hair in the bath room. Toilet was soiled. Bed was disfigured The most pathetic part was at the time of check out - 10:00 am (post having breakfast) 14th Nov. While checking in on the 10th Nov morning I clearly asked the person manning the reception counter if I will be charged extra for this early check in he categorically told me NO (later under pressure from owner & manager he denied) hence I checked in at 4:30 am While checking out on 14th Nov they were charging me for the whole day. When I reasoned with them, the entire hotel staff together began pounding on me en-mass The owner/s behavior was particularly sickening to say the least I asked them to waive off the charge (as I was not blocking any customer from using the room - infact there was no customer waiting to check in). Best asked if they could give me a discount. After 1/2 hour of hounding & intimidating behavior they gave me a 50% discount. They could have done so 1/2 hour earlier as well PATHETIC HOTEL BEHAVIOR & DAMN SICK OWNER AVOID THIS HOTEL-OR ELSE RISK YOUR PURSE

I had booked this hotel for visiting temples around the vicinity of Kolhapur last week. We were 2 couples. I had got the estimate from the hotel authority for the stay as 1450 RS odd. At checkout, we were in for a rude shcok when the hotel manager started raising his voice and became physical. To get myself out from a pleasant day's end of darshan's and to save the dignity of my family I had to cave in and pay Rs 1200 extra which they added to my bill saying it was for the extra couple. I had clearly indicated the no# of people and that we would be using single room for which I had the quote of Rs 1450. Eventually due to cheating of the hotel autorites I had to pay Rs 2600. If this was Mumbai, I request the Hotle managment or any other group thinking of using this hotel to connect with me. I have travevlled around the world inlcuding 5 star to no star hotel, this type of cheating is unacceptable and should not be tolerated especially done , knowing the fact that we were a family. Defintely not a family hotel for decent people.(Just to let those people know who have good revoews of this hotel, during my stay of 12 hrs, I was not proivded a glass of drinking water.)
