Stayed at this place on my way to Goa.
It was a good stay ,the rooms were above average and clean.
The bathrooms were not that clean
Complimentary breakfast was ok , not bad
Parking for car was not available, had to park on the road.

We went to kohlapur on 17 th August to visit the famous Mahalaxmi temple. Stayed at Shree sai. It's an average hotel. There was no hot water as was promised.Buffet was part of the package, but was not there.We were told that since there are not many people in the hotel, we would take order and serve. This consumed lot of our time. To top it; the quality of breakfast was poor. Recommend to avoid the hotel as I am sure there are better options available.

visited there for 2 days. hotel is average. food quality is also very average. rooms were not ok. cleanliness was ok. but needs improvement. parking is very limited so getting space is a hard job. overall its a so so place

The breakfast experience was a disaster. When we arrived at the dining hall and asked for masala dosa, the attendant took the order only to return saying it was over. Similarly, poha, uttapam, and upma was over. we were made to wait for more than 45 minutes only to be told that there was only sheera and poha was available. This when we have already paid for our breakfast. the attendant in the restaurant Swapnil was rude.
They are grossly short of staff and it takes very long to get anything when the hotel has full occupancy. The manager was of no help either. Ultimately we had to have our breakfast from outside at another hotel.
I am terribly disappointed with the service as otherwise it is a nice lace to stay.

Provided all the amenities like toiletries and mineral water bottle. Decent restaurant. Very tricky and limited parking spot. They dont have the ceiling fan in non ac rooms. Upon request, they will provide table fans. Except this everything was great for the budget

Good hotel..With all needed amenties..Little away from Temple else nice...smooth checkin/checkout..Mineral water given as many times you need..with Delux AC Room..they have restro only for Breakfast/tea/coffee..for lunch/dinner you can go nearby hotel hardly 50meter away..You can always get auto/ola from there for your city tour..Hotel was having Lift..they gave Tea/coffee maker with Tea/sugar/milk pouch...I would have given 5star if they have full fledge Restro....All good..co-operative staff..Just do Online booking from any portal to get discounts
