A very nice budget hotel with all the basic amenities one needs. It's main highlight is the proximity to the temple, at a distance of only about 200-250 m. However, it's just conveniently located to avoid the very crowded street just outside the temple. One can walk down in about 10 mins to the temple. Our biggest decision factor to select this hotel was exactly that. We had our car which we dint want to park in cramped areas near the temple, so leaving it in a parking at the hotel we were staying in was our option.
The rooms and the property are well maintained and for an 8 year old hotel look decently new. The ambience is also good.
Only downside is absence of a restaurant on the premises. The staff told us that while there was a restaurant functional before COVID (you will still see a mention of the restaurant on the hotel board), it hasn't reopened since the lockdown. The restaurants around the hotel are very small and offer typically local Maharashtrian fare which may not be suitable for all. The reception and staff however are very cooperative in getting food from the surrounding restaurants to your room if you so desire. We managed to order breakfast on both days of our stay there (idlis and poha along with tea and chocolate milk for the kids) which was nicely delivered to our room. However for dinner, we had to travel to the newer city areas which are a good 4-5 km away. Without our car, we would have struggled.
All in all, a very comfortable stay, sans for the food part which if can be managed like the way we did, this hotel is a very convenient and practical option for staying near the temple.

If I had to compare the level of cleanliness of rooms and quality of linen the hotel supercedes many 3 ⭐ hotels I've stayed at. The hotel is very thoughtfuly designed. The rooms are great, linen clean. The bathroom was spotless. You cannot ask more for ₹2000. Value for money. Highly recommended.

Spacious Rooms. Good Service. A value deal overall. We did not get a chance to try their breakfast as their restaurant was closed due to covid. The temple is at a walking distance and you can explore the old side of town as well as the market by walk....the manager is an asset to the property!

Being a new hotel it was in top condition. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean with good and clean bathroom/toilet. It is located very close to the Mahalaxmi temple and all other places are nearby and easily accessible. I am informed that a restaurant is soon to be added Thanks to Mr. Ganesh

It seems a very good family hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious and modern. Hotel does not have any restaurant, however have got tie-up with near by restaurants - so your food will be delivered in room. Bathroom was neat and clean.
Hotels USP is its location, as it is 6 mins walk away from Mahalaxmi Temple and 3 mins walk away from Rankala Lake.
Staff was helpful and was always ready to assist you.

Good 1. Best location- next to Mahalaxmi Temple. We stayed here for one night on the way to Goa. It was great as you can also visit the temple. 2. New construction.. Very clean rooms 3. Nice staff 4. Parking available 5. 24 hours checkout 6. Good location near to the local Street market for evening shopping What's missing is the restaurant, but staff informed that it will be open shortly. However you can order tea coffee breakfast etc.To concluded, the best deal at the given price.

Basically, in off season we can take booking for early in the morning. But in season if possible for early check in then we can do it.Otherwise you have to wait.
Better explain the situation and then ask them straight on telephone.
Otherwise if you go directly to reception, it does nor appear to be the type of hotel that will let you have a room by hours.
Unless of course you claim to be a married couple. These days spouses can have different names
There are more places to choose from in the Kolhapur area.
