I had read the reviews and went since Sayaji was full. I had read the poor reviews and hence went with low expectations - high price The in room dining was very bad, they dont have any idea of customer service,and if you complain about any issue its no use,they should cook basic breakfast ,and not what they dont know ,Please dont waste money here

I visited this property last weekend on my wayback from Goa, Was trying to book Sayaji but could not get rooms as it seemed full. Booked Ramee Panchashil. I have been disappointed with following things 1. Basic etiquette missing with Staff Example: I forget my key in the car when we returned back from Mahalaxmi temple and I told the reception that it is my car will return it tomorrow morning, the staff is like incase if you don't return you will be charged for it. I said why ? N how much he is like 100 Rs. I was like 100 rs for a 10 rs card? I told him on the face that I am already disappointed with your service and I will write about it on TripAdvisor and he was like ok.. None of the good star hotel abruptly tell you that incase if you miss ur keys u will charged. 2. First morning of breakfast I found the spread to be a less so I asked the staff( looked like a floor mgr) why the spread is less? N he is lime there are 2 major breakfast items in the buffet. I could just smile.... 3. I don't drink tea & coffee so I requested for a hot chocolate, the staff there simply said no and did not return thereafter. Have been to places which are star properties who don't give it as a part of package breakfast buffet but charge extra and make it for u. Breakfast definitely needs improvement in comparison to other properties. 4. Wifi facility is generally explained by all the receptionist in any good hotel. There never explained the same. My advice to you is to kindly hire a good professional receptionist who can handle guest well. Kindly hire a good professional training manager to train your staff. They are all nice warm people but need training on how to deal with guests. Hotel rooms are decent but toilets needs improvements in terms of the lighting, it is dull with a wall tubelight. Toiletries are not properly kept in the room. Just one soap and one body lotion is kept. Hot water facilities are excellent like any star property. Overall an average experience and would not prefer it over Sayaji next time I visit Kolhapur.…

Beautiful hotel . Nice rooms and very peaceful green outside . Restauran,Varanda 01 a great place to relax and have your time spent . Good and ample parking space . Efficient staff and well groomed . Location is on main road on Kolhapur . Restaurant can improve the food taste .

Stayed here for a night with my family. On arrival check in was smooth. Rooms are spacious and maintained. Bathroom is cramped up and the shower had a massive leakage. I was surprised to see basic toiletries were missing. There was no iron in our room. TV was not working. Breakfast had a good spread but live counter wasn’t functional even after an hour the breakfast started. Ignoring all the above things, we had a good overnight stay.

Hotel is centrally located and provides excellent stay. All the locations in Kolhapur are just a few km away from this hotel. We booked for four days and we had a great stay with nice food and service. Staff is very polite and ample car parking space is available. Rooms are clean,spacious and nice view if you take on the main road view. They have two restorents Little Italy & Tatatan. We had food in both. Both are good but we found Tatatan is overpriced and the quantity of food is less compared to price. Every morning variety of tasty Breakfast is available to you. Suggested to take a package including breakfast. One suggestion to the hotel management to have some activities like indoor games for kids. Overall our stay is good and certainly visit next time.

We visited the hotel for a night along with a kid. Booked through a commercial website. It was a smooth check-in. Hotel is almost in the middle of town and about 10 mins from Mahalaxmi temple.You can take an auto for 60Rs to go to the temple. Hotel is neat and clean, thought some professional aspects are missing in bathrooms in terms of fine cleaning. Breakfast in the restaurant is good. Wi-Fi was slow.

Excellent rooms. Great buffet breakfast. Fantastic staff. Only challenge is that WiFi is very spotty and erratic. Good for overnight stay. One restaurant was closed for renovation. The driveway to the entrance is very narrow with a sharp turn.
