The staff is polite and friendly. We are thankful to Ms Rupali and Ms Pratidnya of the restaurant team who attended well to senior member of my family. Housekeeping and in-room dining are prompt to respond. The interiors are clean and well maintained. We liked the hotel's idea of having glass water bottles for rooms instead of plastic ones thus having a positive environment impact.

I travelled to Kolhapur stayed at Citrus Hotel for 4 days. It was a wonderful experience as staff was disciplined and very cooperative. Hotel is fabulous at centre of city in reach of all transport mode and have good facilities at a competitive price. Still very calm and peaceful location. No noice of vehicle in room. Food was Ausome and service was very punctual. Restaurants is very attractive and well designed lot of thoughts gone for designing and giving local touch. Rooms are spacious with all basic amenities on request. I would like to thank Dinesh ji for serving such a wonderful host and for his dedication towards his work. You discuss your challenge he has best soln for it. Whether sight seeing, transportation, food, He will suggest best at your convinience. Hats off to you and your team.

Dirty bathroom, dirty linens and carpets. The shower curtains are with molds and so are the bathroom tiles. Even the comforter was full of mold and yellow stains. The floor too had dirt stains on them and we're dusty. The room had a musty odour. Overall Would not recommend it for a stay

The guys in the restaurant like chef pradip/ avinash / sharma are too good gadwali authentic cooks and waiters Imran and omkar were at their best Rooms are sleek and nicely maintained like a brand new hotel! First time family visit to Kolhapur, and our stay in Regenta Place made it memorable. This hotel is at a very good location with two restaurants, the rooftop restaurant is having great ambiance, live music and the bar! Food is also good and tasty.
Different room categories with decent sizes, clean rooms, with good setup of interior and layout, courteous and helpful staff and the front desk. Morning breakfast spread gave choices of fruits, juice and shakes options. Parking is enough and well managed by valet parking staff. Overall a good hotel that will be the stay choice for our future visits to Kolhapur.

It was a great experience at hotel citrus Kolhapur specially because of the welcoming gesture of all the staff at the hotel. My special thanks to miss Ekta Mole who really sure that we feel at home. And we have no issues during our stay in the hotel. The food at the sky lounge is amazing. we liked each and every food that we had at the sky lounge. we enjoyed the varieties served during the buffet breakfast. Mr imran and Mr Jai t the breakfast were very efficient in their services. The housekeeping and the room service people were very efficient. Whenever we wanted to have anything in the room, the room service was very very efficient. I would definitely stay in this hotel during my next visit to Kolhapur because of the staff.

We visited the Sky Zone restaurant in Citrus Hotel.. we loved the ambience and the food... As soon as you enter you get a sense of positive energy and very couteous staff (Amit & Asmita) who served us. I recommend the Parmigiana Chicken under International.. very good food , must visit 👌

Day 1 we visited the rooftop restaurant - ambience, food and service were all excellent. Ravi and Parameshwari did a great job and were very hospitable. We were given rooms on the first floor which have been recently renovated and were very comfortable. It's great to see a serious effort to reduce plastic usage as this is the need of the hour. It's a rickshaw ride away from Ambabai temple and the hotel staff also helped guide us for the timings and other sights. Would recommend this hotel.

Amit was very kind and active. He took care of our needs and also suggested us dishes as per our likings. I hope you hire more like Amit.although dimsums served by the restaurant were really bad.pure waste of money. Either improve the quality or take them off the menu,if no body knows how it's done.
