It is just 5 mins drive from the railway station while the airport is located at a distance of 9 kms. The Hotel opened up in year 2003 with an inventory of 30 rooms. Recently the hotel got totally revamped and added more rooms and restaurants. Currently the Hotel has 47 rooms.
The informal rooms come with hardwood floors and desks, plus free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffee making facilities. Upgraded rooms add living areas and safes; suites feature separate living rooms.

Went in for 3 nights and had a comfortable stay. They seem to be undergoing some changes however, they seem to be doing the right things and the staff is eager to help. Check-in Check out was quick an easy. There's an open parking in front of the hotel, you need to leave the keys with the valet. There's no drop off place as such hence, can be tricky during the rains. There's an exclusive parking place for "Harley Davidson" though! The room was big enough and had a desk + chair, another chair and a small coffee table. We had a road facing room and it wasn't really silent. In fact, the room was above the kitchen and we could hear some noise from the kitchen as well. There were a few misses with no floor mat in the bathroom, no hand towel and only 1 bath towel despite mentioning occupants as 2 adults + 1 child. They did send these things in when asked for on day 1. Had to ask for some of these again on day 2. Breakfast was ok-ish for the price you pay. The service staff was eager to help whenever reached for. They packed us breakfast on our last day before the scheduled breakfast time (thumbs up for that!). In-room dining was good and the food was tasty as well. Beds were comfortable with adequate switch points for charging stuff. The dampener was the rooftop restaurant that didn't take a table reservation request on our last night there. Looked pretty evident that they didn't want a child in there and wanted to cater the "party crowd". We didn't want to argue and went to the restaurant on the ground floor and had a great meal with great service. They did good up during billing as they included an in-room dining bill from the same room though it was ordered by the previous occupants before we checked-in. Overall a good experience however I wouldn't mind trying the other nearby hotels. Quick tip: There's a great chaiwala near the hotel if you wish to try it. …

I had been to kolhapur for official visit,so booking is done by my company,i just want share my views, Location is best and food is excellent and the officials are so good and even they follow up with the guest on phone for having breakfast and dinner etc. Fast services and staffs are very polite.
