This property is located in between the greenery and we had the chance to stay in one of the executive rooms. Beds are comfortable, room service is impeccable, breakfast buffet has great choice of salads, fruits, south indian breakfast. It’s perfect for vacation as well as work.

The best resort very close to Goa…i have stayed multiple times here, every year atleast 2-3 times i book my stay…and every time i go…i get amazed by the views and resorts rooms and services, the value this resort provides is impeccable…the exclusive rooms with balconies(balconies which are getting extinct in 5 star peoperties), and the amazing monsoon views of valleys, fog and rain from the balconies, its really a heaven property. The staff here they greet you with FOLDED HANDS namaste, that mesmerises you in seeing your tradition in a 5 star property staff. The food again another highlight, every dish i have tasted its the best i can say, i am so happy with experience, i can keep on writing, well that is what a heavenly experience does to you.

The rooms were perfect, it would’ve been even better if there were Southern Indian channels available to watch, given its location is in Karnataka!
Most of the staff were hospitable like Ms Kanchan, Mr Rahul, Mr Ganesh and the services were speedy. However, couldn't expect the same from all!
The food was simply brilliant and was totally worth it! Special attention was paid by the staff like Ms Kanchan who remembered personal preferences of all family members and made breakfast, lunch and dinner absolutely delightful!
Plus, it would’ve been great if the outdoor sports mentioned we're available and accessible without an additional fee!

Regenta Resort surrounded by Shayadri range has panoramic view.If you are planning to have a rejuvenating weekend with your family this is perfect gateway. I stayed there with my family in Villas and had a wonder Experience. The staff- special mention to Manager Surendra, restaurant supervisor- Mahadev and Aparajita hospitality was beyond my words.Abhi THANK YOU to you all. Food was OK the Indian recipient like chicken handi. If you have taste for THAI go for Green Curry with Steamed rice it was really awesome. I would suggest if personally supervisor can check the rooms before check in it will be appreciated as for me my room was smelling spongy but once I brought to Surendar Ji notice everything was taken care very well.
Overall a great experience in the lap of nature.

This resort is supposed to be 5 star resort ( as per staff) but I would rate it only as a 3 star resort. The property lies In a beautiful location amidst the western ghats and the overall ambience is pretty good. But attention to detail is missing.. for starters the baby pool was not cleaned and there were bugs floating in the pool becoz of which I had to take My 7 yr old kid to the main pool which luckily was only 4 ft deep. SecondlyThe pool shower area was dirty and needed cleaning. A few tiles around the pool area were broken and you have to be careful if you are taking kids along incase they hurt themselves. The villa (c5) which I taken was neatly arranged and the bathroom was spick and span.. however the balcony area was dirty n the tiles needed cleaning. The additional mattress which was ordered for self was of 3rd grade quality and one could even feel the springs inside the mattress becoz of which I could not get a sound sleep the whole night. Breakfast buffet served the next morning was awesome. The resort has few activities such as soft archery and pool which the kids enjoy but they should come up with some more activities to kill time. Overall except for the maintenance department, all the other departments are totally professional . The front office too is exceptionally kind and helpful. Overall I would give this a 3 star rating out of 5.

The worst experience I ever had in my whole life so far. Two guys in the reception by name Anshu and vibhav are two filthy character in the hotel. It’s all because I booked a deluxe room and they were offering a villa to me which I declined. Although almost 40% rooms were vacant they refused to give a room with balcony also while checking out he started asking for 2 days of rent while my stays was only for a night. Worst experience. At least will not visit this place in my life.

We had a great weekend at Regenta totally fun playing in pool an indoor games , in this monsoons it was raining in evening the wheather an atmosphere was very chilled over here , the rooms were clean an tidy, our kids loved the food our whole reservation was handle by Mr tarik great hospitality by him. Good Ambience around the resort. Quick room service on a phone call. Staff Basavraj helped with atmost service serving during breakfast, lunch, dinner. All the staff were helpful at their post. Most favourite place to visit in any of the season

As the title suggest, this was our most peaceful family vacation since Covid!! Our experience has been excellent from the online booking, which Radhika and Shushank helped me from payment to finalising the room. What Radhika told me was absolutely correct, the photographs on their website and the actual rooms, they are the same, truly a responsible Resort that portrays honesty towards the room type. So front office Radhika, Shushank and Subhashree they nailed it with their service. Shushank even came with a first aid kit to the pool side when my daughter had a slight fall and hurt her knee, something that I would not have expected, but he made sure until ky husband tied the small bandage only then he left. Thank you
I had also requested for a few balloons since the kids to surprise them and they did a fabulous job without much explanation.
Check in was super smooth, we reached early but our room was ready and not asked to wait, the view from the room fantastic, weather added a charm to it.
Housekeeping staff on their toes and smiling. Restaurant had this staff Kirti who potrayed such brilliance in her work, as I observed family of 14 trying to literally test her patience by ordering, over ordering at breakfast and then denying, but not once did she loose her head.. I kept telling my husband, that table is crazy.. Anyways, I did compliment Kirti in person too.. Such staff is truly an asset to the Resort. Another boy at the restaurant was Nelson.. Truly soft spoken and hardworking.
Overall a beautiful property with a cool pool and well maintained property.
Will surely recommend and visit this property again soon. Lovely staff
