Had a great stay at Edwardian House. The owner was efficient but friendly, got us our parking pass and keys quickly, then showed us our room. The room itself was perfect—two singles (just like us, heh), kitchenette, large television, and en suite bathroom. The B&B is just a short walk to the seaside, and convenient to Saltburn, Whitby, and Middlesbrough.

Had to visit Redcar for some college work. Arrived late & found owner waiting with parking pass & parking space, which was great because the property is located on a very populated residential street with tons of cars and during 8am-6pm, you need a permit to park! Room was fine - had sea view. Clean, tidy if a bit dated... More

If this review is of help to you, please select to say it was helpful, thank you. In fairness I'm slightly bias, as I'm actually from Redcar, born and bred and there isn't a huge choice and certainly no fancy 4 and 5 star hotels. Just good old fashioned seaside accommodation. This takes nothing away from this BnB, its in... More

Stayed here for two nights at the end of July beginning of August for a festival happening on the beach so location was perfect. Was worried about parking when we arrived but was given a permit for the duration of our stay :-) We stayed in the twin bed annex situated in the back garden. First impressions very good as... More
