We were 2 friends who had booked a relatively last minute holiday to this location having made a single booking for 2 rooms. On arrival it was disappointing that the rooms were at completely opposite areas of the hotel, however the receptionist found another room nearer to the other even though we were checking in around midnight. The hotel was due to close for winter the following week so the shop didnt have alot of choice of snacks etc and no ice creams at all which again was a little disappointing as it was a fabulously hot week and a treat would have been nice. Breakfast is included and personally I felt it was absolutely fine with cooked foods as well as pastries, yoghurts, fruit etc. I would have appreciated fresh orange juice but this only appeared on one day. Apart from these minor niggles the Hotel was very clean, rooms were large and attended daily. The Pool area was very nice and quiet with the only bar outside as well which served snacks as well as alcohol and coffee. Staff were efficient and helpful with arranging car hire (50 Euros for a Skodia Fabia for the day), and using the local bus service, and even allowed us to keep one of our rooms despite our late check out. It is literally minutes from pebbly Theologos Beach which although there are a few sun beds and a snack bar is more for the Wind/Kite surfers and a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The area around the hotel is a bit run down, but there were restaurants on the main road and also a couple recommended to us in Theologos Village which was approximately 20/30 minute walk. Of those open, Spitaki's was our favourite for authentic Greek food at a good price. Yes as mentioned on previous reviews the hotel is on a flight path and some nights were busier and later than others but I believe the hotel offers value for money. A day trip to Rhodes Town on the local bus (1 hour 5 mins on the way there but only 50 mins on the way back due to less people at the airport stop), is a must and Lindos also provided a lovely beach along with the fabulous old streets and sights at the top of a steep walk. Theologos was a little quiet for me but I will certainly return to Rhodes.

pleas improve your breakfast. fried eggs are cold, scrummbled egg is not fresh. juices are sugar and colour. coffee is for coffee lovers not drinkable. in my room the curtain in the shower was missing, I flooded my bathroom every day! the rooms are ok. they are clean, balcony with every room. I do not need anything more. I am out all day long. doorclosing system could be renewed. a separate key for electricity? good that the safetybox is in the room now and not anymore at the reception.

Really enjoyed our stay here at the Sabina Hotel. Our room had a balcony that looked over the well kept garden at the rear of the hotel. The room was a good size with a nice sized bathroom with bath and shower. Rooms cleaned daily by happy cheerful cleaners to a good standard. Lovely big pool with sunbeds, pool towels are available from reception for a returnable deposit so that saves some luggage space. Pool bar serves good food and drinks during the day and a limited menu in the evenings. We were on bed and breakfast basis and found the food to be good, something for everyone. Great service and food topped upon a regular basis. The hotel is on a direct flight path so you did have that noise but it did not really bother us. Really enjoyed the hotel but the area around is quite run down and a lot of the bars and shops have closed but enough are open for you to have a walk about. Regular bus service into Rhodes is fancy a change.

Very pleasant and clean hotel with service cut. As for 3 stars in Greece a revelation. Food very tasty. Housing clean rooms, very close to the sea, about 100 m. This is a small family hotel for less demanding people, well connected. It is not All inclusive resort. You can really recommend. There are also small minuses, located close to the airport, which you can hear :) and a bit matching view of the chimneys, located near the power plant.

I stayed one week and everything was perfect. The reception always helped us with information if we needed, the housekeeping are doing a great work because everything is verry clean. The breakfast is good, even it s a buffet, it has good variety. I think that the best place to eat a lunch in Teologos is this hotel

Our stay in Sabina Hotel was a very nice one. We enjoyed it a lot. - Comfortable atmosphere - Good location - Available parking - Quiet surrounding - Good infrastructure - Very nice personnel proving high quality of service Special thanks to Ms.Ioanna Lazellari, who was always ready to assist with everything we need: no matter whether it was about our stay in the hotel or about the planning our excursions. Personally, I wish I could get back to this place full of sunshine again. Hopefully, this year

Have just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel-staying for the first time. We were very impressed. The breakfast is excellent, customer service is excellent and the cleanliness around the whole hotel is excellent. The bar has been relocated for this year to outside and is grossly underused. There is the option of evening meal -buffet style for 10 Euros. We used it a couple of times- good salad bar, choice of mains and a dessert or fresh fruit. The pool is great-plenty of sunbeds and again kept very clean. Our room was spacious with modern matching furniture, a fridge and balcony. Yes it is on the flight path and the planes are noisy but it only takes seconds for them to pass and they do not fly overnight Although the resort is looking a bit tired, this hotel certainly is not and is well worth a visit.

If you want Pizza and chips, loud music, entertainment and in the middle of everything , this is not the hotel for you. If you want peace and quiet, good Greek food and friendly hospitality this is the place to stay. 100 m from the beach 100 m from a few shops, bars and hotels. The bus stop to Rhodes Town is 5 min walk. The staff are hardworking and very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Yes its on the flight path, but there tends to be a couple of planes then nothing for an hour or so. You do get used to it and they stop before midnight. Small snack bar selling drinks and food. Good value. Large swimming pool and small baby pool, there is a small collection of slides and toys for the children, Well tended gardens as with all Greek Hotels a few cats but they do go away.

The hotel is not big, quiet and clean. It's situated not on the first line, but it's very short distance to the sea (2-3 minutes of walk). The beach (Theologos Beach) is stony, so special shoes are required. There is always blowing wind which causes waves and which helps during the hot days to not feel the heat. There are not many people on the beach, a set from 2 sun beds and an umbrella will cost you 7 euro. The stuff was very attentive and ready to help you at any time with any question. The room was clean, the bed is comfortable, a big balcony. Be aware that there is not Internet in the room, only on the lobby and near the bar. If many people use it at the same time - the speed is very slow. The conditioner is extra charged, but for 2 weeks not even once we need it. It wasn't hot in the room. The bathroom is little. All the cosmetics you need to take with you, as the hotel provides only 1 piece of soap per person. Bear in mind, that the airport is very near (around 5 km) and you will hear very well every airplane which will take off or land. Since it's a 3 star hotel, don't expect a very random choice of the food but all what they served was tasty. For 2 weeks of my stay there, I did not get bored from food. Meat, fish, salads, fruits, fresh bakery - all of that was present. For the dinner, you don't get any drinks at all. You have to pay (even for the bottle of water), a glass of wine will cost you 3,5 euro. There are also beers, cocktails, coffee, tea and etc. If to summarize my stay in this hotel - it's rather positive and for the 3 stars hotel it's good. The hotel is situated near a little village, where are few shops, few taverns. If you are interested in a place with a wild night life - this place is not for you.

We have stayed at the Sabina for the last three years and have just booked for the fourth, we find the accommodation very adequate for our needs, the staff are excellent from the reception to the bar staff and the cleaners they can not do enough for you, we find it a nice relaxing place to unwind but if you prefer the beach it is only a five minuet walk away from the hotel, the food is more continental style and has a good variety but also Greek food of an evening is excellent , definatley recommend anyone to try this.
