Detailed Reviews
Such a lovely little hotel in the Italian mountains. The staff were so friendly - nothing was too much for them. The cleanliness which is obviously hugely important was also spot on - all staff wore a mask, there was hand gel everywhere to use and for breakfast, no buffet you had to point to what you wanted. Highly recommended!

We spent one night in the hotel for a quick stop before heading to the Italian lakes.
The hotel is well located, close to Aosta city center, close to the highway and close to supermarkets in the area.
The rooms are simple but really clean, very efficient.
It seems that you get a nice view wherever you are in the hostel.
We booked the spa at the end of the day. Due to Covid restrictions, we were only the two of us inside. This was an amazing moment, the spa is simply beautiful, cozy and relaxing.
More than everything, we were impressed by the kindness of the people working in the hotel.
Finally, the breakfast was nice and well organized (no buffet due to restrictions), and we enjoyed eating outside in the nice garden.
Overall, a perfect pit stop in Aosta :)

No review can do justice to the quality of this hotel situated in a suburb of Aosta Town. Six of us on a ski break stayed here for five nights having stayed here once before when skiing in the Aosta Valley. The owners remembered us and made us feel very welcome and nothing is ever too much trouble to assist guests. The rooms are beautifully appointed and most with nice views of the surrounding area. Breakfasts are good with a selection of the usual Italian foods ( for a small supplement you can also have some cooked options). The position of the hotel is perfect for us; out of town but with a bus stop outside the door which goes directly to the Pila ski lift in about 12 minutes. Staff go out of their way to offer any local assistance you may need and on this occasion the owner used his local connections to get us a last minute table at a nearby agritourismo restaurant, which was also excellent. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to do it justice.

I was lucky enough to stay at Hotel Diana for 3 nights during my October trip around Italy. Now, if you're looking for lush beds and sumptuous rooms, you'll need to look elsewhere. If you're looking for quiet comfort with amazing personal touches, read on.
The staff of the hotel contacted me a few days prior to my trip to personalize my stay with spa time and a massage as well as ask if there was anything else I needed for my for my stay.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and my luggage stored while I went out to explore the town of Aosta. The owner provided tips and recommendations of where to park and what to see while I was in town.
Once I got into the room, I found it to be clean and comfortable. Perfect for what I needed.
Breakfast in the morning was a very nice spread of homemade pastries, fruits, meats, cheeses, etc. It was more than enough to get the day going.
The day I headed up to Mt. Blanco, the owner once again gave me recommendations of other things to stop and do including an amazing hike and overlook area.
I took advantage of the spa one evening and highly recommend doing this to unwind from a day exploring the area. The snacks, immaculate spa area, and quiet was just what I needed.
This hotel is unmatched when it comes to personal touches for your stay and a genuine excitement from each and every staff member.
I am starting to plan my next trip to Italy and will definitely book time at Hotel Diana again.

It is the third year that we have stayed at the Diana hotel for a few days of holiday during the Christmas period and everything is always perfect. The structure is very well kept and clean, the rooms are large and comfortable. The owners are very kind and very helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. A further positive aspect is the location in which the structure is located: easily reachable from the motorway exit and very convenient both for reaching the Pila ski lifts and for visiting numerous other tourist locations in the area.

We recently returned from a stay in Val d'Aosta, discovering its beautiful castles and we wanted to share our experience at the Hotel Diana.
The hotel is located in an excellent and convenient position for visiting Aosta and for excursions to various sites of interest. The structure excels for the extreme cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the rooms, the richness and variety of breakfast, the availability of free parking. We could not take advantage of the SPA for the little time available that we preferred to devote everything to visiting Aosta and the many and varied Castles that characterize the region, one different from the other and all interesting. But what impressed us most is the extreme kindness that we found in all the staff of the hotel, from receptionists, breakfasts, cleaning. We therefore want to thank the staff for their pleasant stay.

Excellent staff, extremely helpful and friendly, also remember my name and room no. Each time I was at reception. Nothing was too much, or any trouble for them. Also multi lingual. The spa was very good as well. Rooms were very clean, spacious and decorated well.
The spa at only €20 is great value for money.
Reception will also reserve you a table at a nearby restaurant ( unfortunately closed when I was there) If you want a nice dinner maybe don't go downstairs to the hub (separate business, food was ok. No atmosphere) again reception will help you find a place.
I will definitely be going back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the few times where the hotel is aesthetically better in real life than in the photos, when you enter you immediately feel a positive energy, very particular hall between a modern and ancient style, staff always attentive, professional and ready to give you all the information, the room has a beautiful view and a lot of tranquility, excellent quality breakfast, like entering a pastry café among the scents and buffet that presents as soon as you enter the room. Cleanliness is impeccable and prices are affordable considering being close to wonderful mountains. we will be back soon thanks.

We also had an aperitif for €10 more... read the descriptions on their website... it's all true!! The young staff is extremely kind and competent... they make you feel at home!! It's a shame we only stayed one night!! I really hope to come back because it deserves it deserves it deserves...thank you for everything you are wonderful
