I stayed here instead of a hotel, whilst traveling on business. Guests are given a very warm welcome. It is so friendly, comfortable and peaceful- I can't think why I'd ever want to stay in a hotel again! I'm looking forward to returning and to seeing the gorgeous dog again.

Fantastic accommodation in a beautiful family home, in a quiet rural location. Choosing this as an alternative over the overpriced and overrated hotels in Livingston when visiting on business was a great move. My room was incredibly clean and well equipped, with a welcome dram of whisky and a slice of home made cake on arrival. Fresh cake every day...

Our family stayed in August 2015. Claire, your hospitality was beyond outstanding. Your choice of food, portions and service was beyond brilliant. What a great shame our visit was only for such a short time. I just loved being spoilt by you. Mrs Mathias

The rooms were exceptionally clean, very large in size and had everything you'd need and more. They were just perfect. Freshly cooked breakfast every morning with a great and varied selection to choose from. Even if...

Claire and her family welcomed us for our two night stay more like relatives than customers. Our dog was treated like family too, and Claire went over and above any hostess I've ever come across. She helped us book dinner, taxis, and even walked our dog whilst we were away at a wedding. The price was fabulous for such a...
