Picturesque cottage. Lovely room, very clean, good location. We ate at the restaurant which was also very good. Great staff, very friendly family run feel. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting this area. Very good value for money.

Stayed overnight at this popular venue. The room was delightful, though a little noisy early on, but it's an old building . The staff could not have been more helpful . The bar/restaurant full ( suggest booking might be in order) which lead to a nice atmosphere and the food, beautifully presented and extremely tasty. I can well recommend staying...

If you are looking for a break with character then this is the place for you. From the low oak beamed ceilings, ingle nook fireplace, creaky floorboards and first class food you are transported back to a time when the personal touch mattered and everybody knew your name. When you see a car park full from 6pm to 11pm by...

This establishment hails from 1320 with thatched roof and looks like a Hollywood set. Pleasant atmosphere with no piped music to get on your nerves. Barfood was a cut above average and real ales on tap. I ate venison pie with handout chips and a Pint of Otter.

Went for a family meal on a Monday night. 4adults 3 kids and a dog. The food was lovely. Not typical pub grub. Gorgeous risotto, plenty of vegetarian options. Kids meals a little pricey for what they were but tasty. The service was friendly but the wait was fairly long for food.

Great ambience. Pretty good service. All our starters were fine including my prawn cocktail. My pork special was excellent and all food was well presented. Fresh tasting sauvignon blanc. 2 courses and wine £35 a head. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all we were agreed it was a really enjoyable experience.

Was taken out for the night by my partner as a treat after having lunch in the Cott inn a few days previous & enjoying it. The Inn itself is a lovely cosy place & the staff couldn't have been more friendly in the evening & we were made to feel welcome. The menu however was limited, although the food...

Stayed here with my partner for a birthday treat. The Cott Inn provided us with a warm welcome, trouble free check-in, country pub ambience, beautiful food and fabulous accommodation. There is nothing I can fault. Nothing was too much trouble for Anton and all the bar/restaurant staff. The pub was full with the addition of a large party in the...

Stayed as a single traveler for just one night. I took along my little dog Lottie who Mark and his team made just as welcome as they made me feel. The room was spotless, comfortable, well designed and great value for money. Lottie and I went into the bar/ restaurant for an evening meal, we where promptly shown to our...
