We took some friends as a thank you gift, we had stayed here previously. The house is amazing, the hosts are incredibly welcoming, but discreet, always a abut not in your face. We elected to enjoy a main the formal dining room and it was brilliant! We cannot recommend it more highly Karen and Alan are spectacular hosts,

This historic property with its lovely expansive gardens made an ideal setting for all of us family and friends to really enjoy the occasion. Highly recommended. A couple... More

Grand but not stuffy guest house in lovely gardens in a brilliant little corner of Victoria. Great base to many terrific wineries, eateries and country towns. Alan's recommendations were spot on. Had a very good casual dinner and am sure the formal dinner would be excellent.

We recently conducted a family event for 50 people at Koendidda (including young children). We could not speak more highly of the excellent customer service and facilities. Alan and Karen - the hosts - were perfect - could not do more for us to make sure that our family event was so successful. It was an extremely hot day, but... More

We had an amazing (and huge) room on the first floor which overlooks the surrounding gardens. Great brekkie in the morning and on our way refreshed. Karen and Alan great hosts and extra thanks for returning a... More

The house and gardens are a peaceful oasis and great place to stop for a night or three. Our hosts recommended a variety of places for dinner in Chiltern, there is an option for a three course in house dinner and they serve an excellent cooked breakfast.

This was our second time; booking all five ensuite bedrooms as a group of friends, celebrating "Christmas in July". Our wonderful hosts, Alan and Karen, provided a delicious three course meal on Saturday night in the cozy, silver service dining room after pre-dinner drinks around the fireplace, logs blazing, in the front reception room. Definitely recommend that you book for... More

Wanted an escape to a country house for a special celebration, and we found the perfect place! Photos alone cannot do this place justice. Beautifully restored manor like house, lovely gardens including the most magnificent and largest magnolia tree I've ever seen, terrific hosts, comfortable rooms, delicious meals. It has the whole package. Thank you Karen and Alan for looking... More
