My fiancé and I were looking for a B and B in the Dales for a last minute weekend away and booked the double en-suite room at Grove House after seeing excellent reviews on Laterooms. We were not disappointed. The house is a gracious stone building at the far end of the village in a quiet location close to the... More

We recently stayed at Grove House during the Tour de France and enjoyed the hospitality very much. Very friendly, clean and comfortable place. Phil and Elaine very welcoming. Can't wait to return and have a proper look at Phil's paintings which were amazing. Vicky and Janet

We enjoyed our stay at Grove House, we had a friendly welcome. Our room was comfortable and well appointed we had a good sleep, though the chiming of the church clock was a bit off putting. Our breakfast was very good with the family being again very friendly.

Stopped overnight and found it to be a lovely quiet little b&b. lovely clean room and spacious bathroom. The owners were really nice and friendly and took a genuine interest in their guests. Breakfast was lovely too. Highly recommended and will definitely go back!

Had weekend stay room spacious, clean and comfy. Breakfast was the business friendly host would definitely recommend. We have stayed at most of the places in the village and Grove House is up there. Reason didn't give top marks is that the double room could do with a shower screen so can have standing shower.

If looking for somewhere to stay in Grassington look no more. Lovely hosts, clean and warm accommodation, central location, lovely comfy bed, sensational breakfast and great knowledge of the local area. It's exactly what a B&B should be but so rarely is. If visiting this beautiful part of the dales this is the place to stay and you should, you... More

We spent one night in the four poster bed room in cold mid winter however the warmth of the hosting more than made up for the inclement weather. Very clean, comfy bed and the full english breakfast was perfect and served in a lovely room. Would definitely stay again. Thanks phil.

We spent one night in lovely Grove House. We booked the family room (2 adults, 2 nearly teenage-children) but Phil was so kind to offer us two separate rooms for the price of the family room as he had no other booking that night. We had a nice chat in the evening and a great breakfast in the morning with... More

This was perfect; freedom to come and go but with great personal service when you need it. I don't like B&Bs where you are made to feel that you are intruding into someone's home and you never feel that here. Great location in a village with a wide choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes.

“Both rooms are the same price, larger four poster with bathroom next door on landing, or slightly smaller room, with ensuite bathroom.. If we went again I would choose the ensuite only due to the gap at the top of the four poster room door.”
