My wife and I were invited to a wedding in Adare. By the time we got around to booking accommodation, all the hotels in the town had already been booked out. Then we found the Lurriga Lodge in nearby Patrickswell and reserved a room for two nights. All this happened over three years ago. Although we promised the proprietor that...

We stayed at Lurriga Lodge only one night, Mike and Lilly were such wonderful hosts and made every effort to accommodate our every need. I would recommend this charming B&B to anyone. Lilly even made a lovely spray of fresh flowers for me to place of my Fathers grave, such thoughtful people.

Mike and Lily were perfect hosts and it was a very warm and welcoming atmosphere at the Lurriga Lodge. We booked a double room en suite and although we arrived late due to traffic and other problems we were welcomed with tea and a plate with cheese and crackers. The hosts were always open for recommendations about how to explore...
