Excellent staff. Ms Soumyaa and Mr Jackson are very courteous. They handle all the problems very well and are very flexible with sign in and sign out times. Rooms are clean. Restaurant is super. Except for the phone number for room service ....which is 666....the beasts number..... everything in the hotel is perfect

A very good boutique hotel near the railway station. Very good ambience and good staff behaviour. Rooms are well furnished with good amenities. A good stay overall if you wish to relax. Avoid road facing rooms because Street is noisy. Breakfast is average

Terrible hospitality. Facilities look really good but the customer dealing by the manager is really pathetic. They will come up with unusual terms and conditions in the last minute and as a customer, we will have to deal with all these end of the day. I don’t recommend anyone to plan any function/ celebrations there. The attitude in customer dealing is really pathetic. My personal experience: We had to cancel our planned event there in the last minute due to the arrogance of their customer relations management, which is very disappointing and forced me to compromise on plans with other alternative arrangements in the very last moment.

Our room was clean, but felt damp due to the AC not working efficiently. The air coming out of the vents were slightly cooler than air from a fan. They sent a tech, but nothing was resolved. We kept the AC running all day from 3pm but the temp in the room did not budge.

The service was extremely poor; there was a lack of staff, and it took an hour for someone from the ACbar to take our order. Additionally, there was only one ice bucket for all the tables. The other staff members are neglectful; even when we call for assistance, they disregard us.

Very nice experience at Hotel Merlin International thrissur, room was well maintained and neet. It is located in a prime location for those who travel by bus and train. A hotel has kept very nice and well behaved receptionist whose name ranjith, he was very enthusiastic and cordial. ❤️❤️

My stay at Merlin International Hotel was truly delightful. The hospitality was exceptional, and the ambiance made it a perfect getaway.
