Had come to Kerala for a family event and stayed here for 2 nights in the end of Feb 2021. The calmness of the place is just so comforting. I love the fact that you just have to turn up in the restaurant and delicious food will be served to you. No thinking on what to order every time. The food is not only delicious but also healthy and right.
Every time we walked out of our room, the lovely cool breeze made us really happy. There are Ayurvedic, therapies, massages and wellness packages too. Will have to surely come back here for a longer time to experience this.
The staff, absolutely everyone greets you every time they see you. Every effort is made to make things more comfortable for you. I had an important work call one day and they ensured that the net would stay stable after i requested them.
Highly recommend this place. The peace you feel is unparalleled. We got back from there very happy.

Me and wife stayed in a wooden cottage in the weekend. It was a very memorable experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodative. The place is clean and healthy. The cottages are designed well and the one we stayed were spacious. It had an additional open roof bath which gives you a feeling that you are bathing in nature (The hot/cold water shower is located so well that it is surrounded by plants). We can relax in a hammock or beach chair and watch the waves crashing on to the shore or have a stroll on the beach during low tide. The property is well kept and covered with Coconut tree canopy. The place is just amazing. If you avail the taxi of the retreat, passenger seats are separated from driver seat row as per COVID protocol and we felt safe. We have seen people availing Panchakarma Ayurvedic treatment and they look happy. We are likely to visit again. The restaurant is vegetarian and provide 3 meals. Care is taken that you do not over eat and the contents are well balanced.

Loved my solo stay at SITARAM. Much needed overdose of green and blue plus the unmatched hospitality of the staff ( the therapists need a special mention especially Bhadra, she makes you feel so much at home ). This is a very nice, small resort with medical focus. Tourists can enjoy the relaxed and cozy environment and healthy food. While people who deliberately want to undergo panchakarma (Ayurvedic health cleansing) also get treatments daily to clean, reset and nurture their bodies. My husband and I got the full package with the treatments so we enjoyed daily massages and on some days we went through less pleasant purifying procedures. Our biggest struggle was to adjust to the all-Indian and strictly vegetarian food, but once we did, the whole experience was very rewarding.

Returning to Sitaram for the second time, I embarked on a 10-day journey that left me utterly amazed. This Ayurvedic haven has not only improved its treatments and services but also the whole experience. It's located right by the sea, so I got to enjoy both stunning sunrises and sunsets every day – a real treat!
The rooms at Sitaram are cozy and comfy, and the housekeeping crew made sure everything was neat and tidy, which was really comforting.
Speaking of service, it was top-notch. The folks at the restaurant did a fantastic job following Ayurvedic rules while still making sure the food was delightful. Sreedish, in particular, deserves a special shoutout. He could almost read my mind when I wasn’t too fond of a dish. He'd find me something else that fit both my taste and the Ayurvedic guidelines. That really stood out for me.
Nikhil, a star on the reservation team, sorted out an extended stay for me seamlessly. He even managed to get me a better deal with another place – talk about going the extra mile! When I grumbled about the weak Wi-Fi, Nikhil fixed it by giving me my own router. The internet sped up like magic after that.
The treatments at Sitaram were like a refreshing melody. The head and foot massages were my favorites, they relaxed me completely. Kirthi, the person in charge of my care, was kind and attentive, ensuring I felt well throughout my stay.
The yoga sessions were gentle and invigorating. Santosh, my guide in private yoga nidra sessions, was incredibly calming. He patiently walked me through the yoga poses, making sure I got them right. His soothing voice during relaxation exercises felt like a gentle breeze.
In a nutshell, my stay at Sitaram was a soothing symphony of wellness that exceeded all my expectations. If you're on the lookout for a place to recharge with Ayurvedic goodness, I wholeheartedly recommend Sitaram. It weaves together wonderful treatments, thoughtful service, and a beautiful setting into an experience that stays with you long after you've left.

I had a 21 day stay for treatment and I had a fantastic experience starting from the cozy rooms, close to nature bathrooms, direct access to beach, yummy vegetarian food with just enough spices making it really flavorful and the experienced friendly therapists who took exceptional care to ensure that I had the best treatment and making amendments based on my feedback. Dr Vignesh is knowledgeable, with a great listening skill and sincerely offers the best treatment with good intent to cure from any ailment. This is a resort with experienced and understanding staff who works to their best to ensure everyone gets a holistic therapeutic experience and comes back to heal their body and soul. The morning yoga sessions were just perfect and what more to ask when you have a beach facing yoga session. I enjoyed the morning stroll by the beach and a dip into the water mostly. This is a must visit resort for anyone who wishes to experience holistic healing !

On behalf of my family and myself, I wish to convey our thanks for the excellent hospitality at “ Sitaram Beach Retreat “. You and your staff made our stay & anniversary memorable. I wash to put on record the discipline of your team members. Each staff member was very caring. I was equally impressed by the upkeep of the property.
Just i am sharing my experience, we got wow welcome from GM Mr. Subrahmanian and reception head Mr. Nikhil, They clearly explained about property and facilities. We really enjoyed your welcome drink.... Rooms are neat and clean bed making also given wow feeling ( we met some of your housekeeping staffs but forgot their names ) food quality & service was excellent
GM Mr. Subrahmanian clearly explained resorts facilities and checked our requirements, that time only I just shared my anniversary plan, with in hours he coordinated with all staffs and each staffs shared wishes personally, It’s all showing your team work. Keep it up.

My wife had a long prevailing skin issues, my 10 year old daughter had continuous sneezing issue and I had a shoulder pain for months.
When we shifted from Japan to India in Dec, just after our quarantine at home, we decided to invest another 14 days at Sitaram to improve our family’s wellness.
From the time we entered their facility, we were amazed at everything from check in experience, hospitality, cleanliness, kind and caring staffs.. Staying in a cottage facing sun kissed beach front never allowed a “hospital” feeling while we were actually getting treated.
The consultants were very good listeners and kept all of us in a very comfortable zone to open up and explain without hesitation before suggesting us a customized 14 day medication/therapeutic/diet plan.
There was exemplary measures put in place considering COVID situation.
On the new year, the staffs have come together and put up a wonderful entertainment program and even my daughter got a chance of thrilling the audience with her magical card tricks. Over the 14 days we became part of their extended family with their staffs and the co-guests...
Our special thanks to the therapists who are so kind and special mention to the restaurant staffs for their patience and their hospitality.
The best decision we made so far was to invest these 14 days for our improved health in a place like Sitaram.
We are now alumni of Sitaram and will always cherish and would love to go back on every possible time.

Truly well planned space for rejuvenation. It's a luxurious set of huts placed among lush green Gardens and coconut trees complete with a temple pond and small Temple and its all right next to the beach. The whole Ambience is planned most aesthetically and drawing inspiration from Kerala with local flowers and butterflies. The food is purely vegetarian sattvic and nutritious and makes you feel really good. The ayurvedic treatments are very healing and the massages are very professional. I could actually live here.

This has been our second stay at Sitaram Beach Retreat, and it continues to exceed our expectations. Hey, I’m not sure I understand your question. As previously mentioned by another sitaram guest and tripadvisor reviewer, kids are loved by the whole staff but not allowed in Sitaram... This place looks like a wellness retreat but has the intensity of hospital treatments which can be very tiering. This means, all the courses and events are targeted to bring more calm, clarity, relaxation and to improve the vitality and health of the patients. There are no events for kids at all as this is not a holiday retreat for families. Please visit their website if you choose to one day visit on your own or with your partner and experience a reboot for your body mind and energy levels. All the best :)

First of all,this place is not for kids and there in nothing to do for kids.This place is better if you for at 10-14 days at least.i don't suggest 4 days with kids.You may find better place in Kerala with your kids ( maybe back waters can be a good option.
