Excellent hospitality and very pleasent staff. That makes up for any small deficiencies. The restaurant was also very good with very good food and service very attentive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is old but well maintained.

After the hectic Diwali busy, our entire family has decided to go for relax trip and fortunately we choose ‘ JOYS PALCE ‘… After the two night stay, while check out all our family members are insisting me for comeback at the earliest… and that’s the compliment I would to write in this review. From the booking itself, I found fabulous hospitality from the front office executives.. MITHULA and LITHEESHA. The same wonderful experience extended throughout our stay by the entire crew . We visited this hotel last weekend . Its always been a great experience especially Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is also good probably buffet from their restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Littisha (GRE) and no request for assistance was a problem for them.
