Veda5 Ayurveda Living Village is one of the best places I have visited not only in India, but worldwide. The beachside property is beautiful in all aspects, be it the view, the rooms, service, pure vegetarian ayurveda food and the therapies. I stayed there for a week and my experience was amazing and rejuvenating. What shook be the most were the therapies I took which proved to be very relaxing and beneficial for my problems. The doctor guided me well and the therapist was very skilled and took care of me really nicely. Apart from this, I really enjoyed the unique and delicious vegetarian food even though I am a hardcore non-vegetarian. Also, as the Ayurveda living village is a beachside property, I spent a wonderful time on the beach in the pleasant weather. Overall my stay was marvellous and I can feel the positive change within me after the short trip. Thank you Veda5! I cannot wait to visit again!…

I just love this place. Have been here three times (2017, 2019 and 2023). The setup with yoga, meditation, Ayurvedic treatments, amazing food, nice accommodations with LOVELY people and professional staff is just everything you can wish for. The location at the beach - in a quiet fishing village - is also perfect. This is THE place for healing and to recharge your batteries. Will for sure come back soon again. Thanks for everything 🙏🏻 🥰!

A wonderful experience. The food is all vegetarian and there is no alcohol so it really is a wellness retreat. There are activities throughout the day which start with early morning yoga. I was on a yoga retreat so had three meals a day plus a massage treatment - all of which were fabulous. The beach is lovely and the location is amazing although it really is in the middle of nowhere - which is great if you just want to relax and unwind.

This was the most wonderful experience. It was worth the long flight from Florida, USA. The staff are the most helping and caring and the medical personnel are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. We rejuvenated the body, mind and soul. Dachu and Tindu and the staff go way beyond to help! Recommend to everyone! 5 stars!!!

Breathe, heal, yoga and relax at Ayurveda Veda5 Kerala retreat 🧘♀️ I don’t even know where to start describing my wonderful week in Veda5 Kerala: The ambience of the retreat that washes off any tension… incredibly friendly and attentive stuff that takes care of you literally 24/7…amazing Ayurveda treatments and massages, doctors and therapists addressing everything you needed and above… The food…!!! Yoga on the beach while listening sea waves and watching fishing boats gliding through Arabic Sea…… And most importantly, this unbelievable chill and relaxing vibe that just feeds your sole, unwind and makes you smile to yourself… Thanks to Veda5 Kerala team : Fun and professional Mr Dachu, Tindu, yoga teacher Ira and everyone else !

I’ve just spent 8 nights in Veda5 Kerala and it was absolutely blissful. I brought a group over from UK to run a private retreat and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Dachu the manager was so friendly and extremely helpful to cater to our needs and Tindu was also extremely helpful and efficient. They run a great team and all the staff well amazing. The food was delicious and the chef always took time to explain what the dishes were. The treatments in the spa were so good, I had Jilly everyday for massages and she was just brilliant. The place is situated on the beach and it could not be a more perfect setting. The yoga is on a platform on the beach and the yoga teacher Era was very good. We stayed at Veda5, Kerala for 11 days and I can easily sum my stay as “healing” for both my mind and body. The highest point of Veda5 is the ever smiling, polite, approachable and hard-working staff and kudos to Mr. Daachu for steering his team so ably. The food served is vegetarian and it’s not only healthy but also delicious. There is huge variety of vegetables, snacks, herbal teas prepared from fresh flowers, rice and chapattis. Don’t miss any meal and definitely not the local desserts that are served with lunch and dinner or the Kerala lunch served on Saturdays. The doctors and therapists are very professional. We had daily consultations and were given personalised therapy based on our medical issues. Dr Arjun and Dr Arya are certainly the most passionate about Ayurveda. I had a bout of illness during my stay and I was actually examined at my room by the doctors and given medicines at my doorstep. My therapist Jily was my partner in my healing, as she walked every step with me nudging me to persevere. The property is located at the secluded sea beach and hence you not only get to walk the long expanse of a generally clean beach any time of the day, but also get to do yoga, lie in the hammock or sit on the benches/ loungers next to the beach. The sea is visible from most of the cottages and some rooms. Within, the property is tastefully decorated and well maintained. The linen is fresh and the rooms are cleaned daily. The resort hosts celebrations and events regularly. If you go to Veda5 with an aim have a laid back stay where you can actually concentrate on your ownself and the environment around, I am certain you come back rejuvenated and joyful. Some things you would like to keep in mind 1. If you use moisturizers and hair conditioners regularly, be sure to carry you own as you are given only ayurvedic body wash and shampoo, which might be a tad dry. Also carry your sunscreen. 2. You don’t need to carry additional clothes for massage, because you are provided gowns and disposable underwear. 3. Carry clothes and appropriate footwear if you wish to take a walk on the beach.…
