It says it is a 5 star hotel ! I really don’t know how they got it ! It is more likely a 3 star hotel to me. Room was pretty small for a deluxe. Towels were very old and torn. The bathroom looked like an ancient one. The breakfasts were below standard and the common urinals were dirty and smelly ! The only good thing was it was close to the city centre.

only good part about this hotel is , location. I was wondering how come this hotel is 5 star!!!! the room is not very clean. carpet and the wooden floor looks very dirty. Bath room is full of stain. the towel provided is washed but the white towel has become grey. there is no toilet tissue. got one small roll after asking. I had topay 5500 rs for one night stay. its not at all worth. i stayed here 30th of December 2022.

Hotel near temple and having all amenities of five star hotel. Good reception, house keeping and restaurant. South Indian breakfast was the highlight. Since the stay was for one night, we cod not see the rest of the facilities. Parking was in front of the hotel and was limited.

It's completely 👎, the ac was not working, after complaining too many times, we got another room. The room was not clean and bathroom was clogged, the drain was clogged, a complete disaster. The staff was very unfriendly. Please do not stay it is not even one star hotel

Dear sir, I have complained on Ac is not working at 2.30 am after that from 4.00 am But very poor response from service ream. I got fully frustrated they are simply saying that AC is not working for my given room then I asked why you gave me such a room. I got another room at 4.30 am. This is the way you treat the customer. Taking belongings and shifting another room at mid time. Staying hotel in businesses tours to take good rest peacefully but my whole day and night gone. In my reference you got booked 5 rooms and before also I suggested a lot to my company colleagues. This is good lesson for me to suggest this hotel anyone. It is very pathetic and waste of money to stay in this hotel. I need clarification for this such a experience caused by me. Reception- Staff were polite but my eyes were stinging from some cooking smoke emanating from central AC...there was a weird smell and hotel looks like it has seen better days. The steps were difficult for mom to climb and she had to be taken at the basement to go by lift Room- There were small cockroaches running around. Bathroom tiles were looking dirty. Bathroom doors were difficult to close.The AC didnt work at night. It didnt cool enough. The bed and quilt was the only good thing about the room. No toiletries in bathrooms Room service- Not many items to choose from. Mostly chinese and Mughlai. We had to ask specially for kanji and chamndi for my mother Breakfast- Not a great spread..just idli upma and some juices. Live kitchen had omelette v slow service. Asked for juice which never came. The staff here didnt have much experience and that affected service. Outside thatukadas had better food The facility could have been better if someone manages it well. This time it was a great disappointment for the money they charge…

A centrally located hotel in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the famous Vadakkunnathan temple, has excellent rooms but lacks service. the breakfast, unless you inform them is dull and drab. Dinner is so-so. There

Hotel is not as good as it claims. Staffs are good but seems no maintenance in the hotel. Everywhere it smells seems not cleaned for a longtine. Towels are dirty.... a pathetic situation. Restaurant is there but seems not properly operational except breakfast. Be careful before booking such a hotel. It's too expensive compared to it provides...
