We stayed one night because we wanted a staycation. I loved everything about our stay; from check in to check out. That welcome drink and refreshing towel at the beginning is a great first impression. Margaret and Donna really made our stay a relaxing one. I am sorry I didn't book any spa treatment in advance. Will definitely be staying...

In November my new husband and I decided we wanted to get married in December. Something small, something pretty, something special just for us and our immediate family. Anise came highly recommended and now we are pleased to add our own recommendations! I contacted Krista on November 30th and she helped me plan and organise our intimate wedding for December...

We went to Anise Resort and Spa for a few days before going on to Asa Wright and then Tobago on a field trip to see and photograph the ecology.. and it was outstanding! The room was beautiful, the setting fantastic and the pool gorgeous. The food was delightful - absolutely delicious with a distinct Trinidadian twist, presented exquisitely at...

We stayed 3 nights at Anise following a visit to Asa Wright and before heading off to Tobago for 5 more nights. We arrived and were the only guests that night. The welcome was lovely and the ambience of this little hotel is wonderful - very relaxed, brilliant service and absolutely amazing staff. Margaret and Donna look after you like...

I must say this place is breathtaking the view the ambience and the warmth of the workers were just amazing. It is located very remotely away from the craziness of the city but it's well worth drive. I will definitely be visiting this place again and will also encourage others to do the same. It's expensive but worth every cent.

Wow! What can I say? Nothing to complain about and everything to compliment them on! The cuisine is ethnic yet diverse and the service is of the highest standard whether it be for one guest or a full house. The rooms are well appointed and the decor very pleasing. Lots of lounging areas, both in-doors and out. Lovely pool with...

There aren't enough adjectives to describe how fantastic this place is. The staff were topnotch friendly, efficient, knew when you needed something and when you didn't before needing to be asked. The food was spectacular - breakfast took an hour to eat because there was so much (I was encouraged to try local dishes), afternoon tea served at 3pm was...

This has to be the best hotel in Trinidad hands down. The peace that can be found at Anise is amazing, and the food was excellent. The staff were also very warm, and catered to my colleague and I at every whim. Definitely making plans to return.

Anise Resort is everything a hotel should be, well run, comfortable, clean and with excellent staff, no, not staff, friends. The food is superb, Crista certainly knows what she is doing. The rooms are well furnished with comfortable beds and good ensuites. The terrace overlooking the pool and the beach is a great place to relax with a rum punch. BUT...

As a group of ten (comprising three families one of whom was visiting from England) wanted to witness the turtle nesting season and spent one night at Anise Resort and Spa. It was a marvelous experience for us all - the staff are personable, warm and friendly to guests. The property is well maintained and the accommodations are tasteful and...
