As I always stay in Nirvana Sarovar every-time I found the excellent services. The parking area is very big also they provide us valet service. The billing process is smooth, breakfast is large and spreaded of qualitative items. For corporate awesome property with hygienic rooms.

I had an excellent experience with the housekeeping service. The room was impeccably cleaned, and hygiene standards were exceptionally well-maintained, reflecting a high level of professionalism. When I called the housekeeping department, Miss Lovely answered my call. Her response was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. She addressed my requests promptly and ensured everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.

Nirvana Sarovar Portico is one of the finest hotels in Gorakhpur where luxury meets necessity at affordable rates. Located in the heart of the city at Vijay Chowk, the hotel is in the AD Mall, which also houses outlets of Spencers and Max and a movie theatre as well!
The hotel not only looks very impressive (both from outside and inside) but also impresses through its amenities, services and hospitality. All staff members, be it Mr. Balwant Dhami (Front Office Manager), or Mr. Rajneesh and Mr. Anup from the front office managing team, or the receptionists (Pooja and 1 more lady), Grism from the support staff, or Sadhna and Rahman at the hotel's in-house restaurant Dine 551, everyone took good care of us and ensured we had a pleasant stay.
We had booked 2 AC Deluxe rooms, but due to some issue 1 room was not available, so the hotel upgraded that to AC Suite at no additional cost. In addition, they provided us with a free lunch post check-out as a little token of apology for the time we had to wait for the room change. It was a sweet gesture, especially by Mr. Dhami and Mr. Rajneesh, and we thanked them for the same.
The rooms are equipped with all modern amenities and provide panoramic city views. For food, Dine 551 is a great place to eat food and its service, ambience, hospitality, look, and food quality is at par with any 5-star restaurant in the country. A special mention for Rahman from the restaurant team who took great care of us, every time we went to eat there.
The hotel also arranged for a car facility for sightseeing and airport drop.
Overall we had a great time at this hotel and would opt to stay here again when we visit Gorakhpur.

In Gorakhpur there are very few hotels have good hygiene, good ambiance and comforts. This is one of the best hotel. Mr Kamlesh and other team members in restaurant are very cordial and polite. Breakfast has a vast variety of food items. In house keeping also, toiletries were made available on demand. Wifi was good. Overall good stay.

It is located near Vijay Chowk. The rooms are well maintained and hotel ambience is Good. The morning break Fay is complementary. One can discover genuine local food from nearby places aswell. For children, the Railway museum(well maintained) located 3 kms is a great option to enjoy.
