Dear Poppystott2, As you stated we have an accessible entrance, wheelchairs are able to be used within our restaurants. Due to the age of the building (over 200 years old) rooms are limited on the ground floor. You were advised when enquiring with our reservations team that we only advertise a ramp for access and that we do not recommend our rooms for disabled guests. We have one room on the ground floor with a bath but you were advised that this would not be recommended for wheel chair users. We do not discriminate at all, we are just are not able to make adjustments to the building due to its age. This is why we do not advertise accessible rooms. Groupon are aware and if contacted will happily refund your voucher. Please feel free to contact me directly at jamie@inspiredhotels.co.uk if you wish to discuss further, as I feel that this review is not accurate based on the interactions you have had along with what we advertise. Kind regards, Jamie Oliphant General Manager

Hi, We are a rural spot with some fantastic walks close by including the Cateran trail which starts at our door step. Persie gin distillery is 2.5 miles away, they offer a tour with tasting and a cocktail for £15 per person, a great afternoon out! Pick up and collection can be arranged at the hotel so it can really be enjoyed!! The nearest town is Blairgowrie which is a 10 min drive with the normal bars/shops etc. Dunkeld is approx 30 mins away, House of Bruar is also around 50 mins drive. I hope this helps, if you have any further questions please give me or a member of the team a quick call. (sorry cant post number on this) Regards, Jamie

Not sure really about this. There is a possibility that they are shut for a couple of weeks which is fairly common in the highland Perthshire area at this time of the year. The local number is 01250886793. I hope this is of use.
